We love the view from our apartment. MINT House is located in the center of town, near Union station, extremely convenient. Wholefoods across the street and many excellent places to eat nearby. We love the space and the luxurious feel of our two apartments. There is an outdoor pool and top quality gym which we didn't get to use. The roof terrace has a stunning view of the mountains.

We had an issue with the digital door lock of one of the two rooms. Since the issue happened late in the evening, we had to wait until the next day to have it resolved. We were able to speak to someone on the phone who tried to resolve it remotely, but it needed physical attention. We don't know why our keycards stop letting us have access to the roof terrace. It was not a big deal, but would have been nice to have coffee up there with the view.

Funny I liked a the modern exposed concrete ceiling my husband didn’t like that or floor plan walking thru closet to bathroom didn’t bother me There was a couple of hairs in the ice maker Didn’t love that I needed to do a background check to stay there a hotel doesn’t do that, Felt weird. But you don’t ask for my guest for background ? Didn’t like that at all but since I nothing to hide done but as a guest of a hotel I don’t do that ? Needs a better explanation Since you don’t realize what kind of a property you are coming to .

Excellent location took the free mall bus and the rail train back to airport. We used the pool almost daily since it was so hot during our staying. We had all the amenities mentioned: kitchen & utensils, coffee & tea, washing & drying machine, plenty of space for the 3 of us. It was way better than staying in a cramp hotel. It seems to be a very safe building and place to work around. We enjoyed the beautiful and amazing view of the city on the 23th floor.

They forgot to leave the gray bag with the set of blanket, pillow,sheets for the sofa bed. But, It was promptly delivered the next day since I arrived late at night.

The apartment was across the street from Whole Foods so we were able to buy food to make our own breakfast in the morning. There were several nice restaurants within easy walking distance and several blocks of shopping on the 16th street mall. The salt water pool was fantastic! We took a bottle of wine to the roof top lounge to enjoy the Denver view. I will definitely book here again.

The instructions for opening the appartement door could have been a bit more clear. We were struggling with making it work. Fortunately another guest who when through the same issue saw us struggling and helped us out.

Very central, minutes from Union Train Station. Very modern designed and furnished spacious apartment with balcony and great views of the mountains, Elitch Gardens, Empower Field. Even better views of the city from the roof top garden. Pool and gym helped relax after long hot days out exploring. Staff very attentive including 24 hr security and accommodating in helping make stay as comfortable as possible.

Although it had mod cons there could have been more of them. Had to request extra plates, as only 3 provided. This was facilitated very promptly. Cleaning could have been better, good, but we noticed a few shortcomings such as dirty floors in bathrooms, showers. Noise from nearby train tracks could only be heard if windows open, otherwise it was city noise which is to be expected but not enough to have an impact on our stay.

The location was great, the apartment was modern and spacious with large bedrooms and great views of the mountains and stadium. We had a great short stay.

As a party of six there was only 4 plates and side plates, which made it difficult for eating. Also the queen bed in the second bedroom slats under the mattress continued to fall down as they are not screwed to the bed frame, this was quite frustrating trying to reset the slats every night. The owner may not be aware, but will hopefully attend to these issues for the next guests.

Great place, at a great location. There is a Wholefoods market at the corner. Very convenient. Parking was indoors, in a garage, which is always nice and safe. Tgere was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the lobby, 24/7. Nice touch. Suite had a washing machine and dryer, and the fridge was super big. There was a pool on the 4th floor.

Suite 833: Kitchen utensils where quite used already, maybe it's time to update some pans. Also, the beds are too soft for my taste. The dining table needs some hanging lights above. It's too dark to use it. The dining area TV has no Internet connection, however this was not an issue for us. Maybe parking for $50 USD per night is a bit overpriced, but I paid it anyway. I was surprised to see so many homeless and drugged people in this area, but still, despite this, my family and myself felt safe. During the night and morning hours you can hear the trains of Union Station below.

Great location near transportation and Whole Foods for supplies, nice views, affordable for the space, with nice appliances and a nice kitchen space for a family of 4. Quiet considering it's right next to Union Station; trains woke us but it's 1 block from Union Station 🤷‍♂️.

Elevator system behaved inconsistently for guests and for security when we had to ask for help, door code was changed w/o notice midway through our stay, and just generally the integration of Mint House into the permanent apartment living is super rough around the edges. Shower head was not adjustable and my partner had a difficult time washing her long hair. AC badly imbalanced between bedroom and living room; we baked while the kids froze.

The room was outstanding! It was actually an entire apartment complete with cooking facilities and washer/dryer. One of the great features was a wonderful view over the city of Denver. And its central location was super with bars and food places nearby. Loved it!

Be careful at check in. You MUST fill out the forms on line BEFORE you attempt to check in as there is no front desk except by telephone or internet. The hotel front door, the elevators and the rooms are all coded entry and if you do not have the required digital codes ahead of time, you are out of luck.

Clean and modern building close to EVERYTHING. We walked everywhere. The train back to the airport is one short block away. We were given a free taxi ride from the airport to the property on arrival. There is a Whole Foods and CVS across the street and restaurants and entertainment everywhere. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the heated outdoor pool and the large gym with virtually every kind of equipment. The apartment had plenty of space, and included a large closet and washer and dryer, dishwasher. Great bed. All the comforts of home. Everyone (staff and guests) was very friendly.

The provided coffee in the apartment was undrinkable. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it worked only intermittently. There is also cold brew in the lobby, but again it was only available for part of our 3 day stay. We ended up buying coffee at a local shop and making it in the apartment. The only other complaint was there are only sheers on the bedroom window, so bright lights kept us awake all night. The sun was very bright in the morning.
