Room was very clean and had a nice view of the harbor. Staff were very polite and respectful. Only need more drawers for clothes.

Our reservations were not found even with confirmation number. Had to scramble to find a room since there were many events happening that weekend. Luckily, there were a few rooms available and they were very understanding and accommodating. Will not using Booking.com again!

The location in the water with the lights on the trees was beautiful at night. We spent every night at least taking a small walk or sitting on the benches looking at the water.

Parking, getting on and off property. Our first night which was a Saturday there was a live band at the Tiki area. There was no parking left open for actual staying guess. We drove around for more than 10 mins. Looking for a place to park and ended up having to park on the grass and mud. Make sure to have enough parking for your guest who are paying to stay there vs people coming to see free music. Also there should really be more than one way in and out.

The room was very clean. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, personable, and attentive. The breakfast was good and reasonable.

The fitted sheet on the king bed was too small and would not stay in place. The available wines at the bar were very disappointing. While the wine list was extensive, it was weighted towards sweet California wines. The one Italian wine on the list, and the better wines were not available. Long wine list, poor inventory.

The person I spoke to did not know the area. What I thought was a 10 minute walk was actually 45 minutes in 90 degree weather. Almost had heat stroke. And of course, construction, but it will be wonderful for the next time.

The room was super clean. The building was clean and well kept. The location was great! The food was excellent and the the staff was attentive. I would like to give a special shout out to the gentlemen who worked the bar/grill inside the Sheraton on the evening of Tuesday 6/14/2022. They were the kindest most accomodating workers I met in a long time. I think their names were Dan and Billy and I apologize if I do not have that right. I have diet restrictions and they went out of the way to review my options so I could make the best choice for my needs. My meal was excellent!!!! Most people do not care enough, but he did and I want to thank him.

Loved everything. My stay was exceptional.

the restaurant was pretty good

It was our anniversary and we confirmed a King size bed. When we got there they stated they sold out all King size beds. Very disappointing. They did give us 2 queens beds but still....

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent The hotel had a shuttle service The hotel is on a beautiful boardwalk to Fisherman’s village

Booked a balcony room and didn’t find out until check in that all balcony rooms were being renovated

The staff at the outside bar were amazing they were so friendly and made us laugh the band on Friday night was outstanding we had a great time

We had dinner at the inside bar on Friday night the staff that took care of us were not very nice kind of rude my partner ordered all you can eat fish fry first peice was good second peice came out raw in the inside had to sit and wait for someone to come back to us because they all disappeared he was so upset we got the bill and left

Wish there was a dresser draw in room to put clothes in. We had a large desk in our room with one two small shelves for clothes. Also wish there were more rooms with balcony available.

The property is near the water and has fantastic views! The Tiki bar and restaurant was a plus because we didn’t have to drive and they offered a great band that night.

Our bathroom had some rust in the shower and sink was a bit dirty near faucet Entrance to the hotel is very tricky
