Location was perfect! We drive every year, for the last 12 years from WI…so parking is a MUST! The whole staff was super fabulous and welcoming. The other guests staying there, not so much- so if you’re looking to party, you can but with stares and judging from other ppl staying there. But the staff was amazing and they know what happens in KW. Get up at 6AM to hold your pool chair cuz the snoots will claim 4-8 or 10 chairs but not even sit in them. Location is absolutely perfect to walk anywhere. Price and time and location was great, unless you have money that’s more green than mine. Highly recommend!!!

Room was perfect and clean. Comfortable amenities. Pool was clean and nice. I wish there were a few more lounge chairs available since most days they were full and we had to sit on the round tables instead. The hot tub was also nice and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Perfect location to be close walking distance to the marina and Duval without being right in the mix of it. Would 100% come back. Also, lay in one of the hammocks - they are awesome.

More lounge chairs by the pool would be nice. Commercial free spotify or radio would also be nice playing by the pool since there were several ads running.

María at Eden House was extremely helpful and is a kind soul. The staff at Eden House have great attention to details so the facility is tidy at all times. I rented one of the rooms with a porch area and a 2-person swing. María helped keep me busy with Key West recommendations, and she got me all set with DB Taxis for my ride back to the airport. It was a lovely stay, and the happy hour bartender by the pool was incredible.

Key West Florida is very hot and humid. I am from the Midwest, and I was not prepared. Eden House uses strong AC units to keep each room as cold as you would need it!

Perfect stay from check in to check out! They had a bottle of champagne, congrats note and Christmas ornament waiting for us upon arrival (I messaged them that this was our anniversary trip). The studio suite was perfect in every way! Highly recommend this wonderful property for your next Key West stay. Staff were great, property was spotless and well maintained considering the age. Pool was the perfect temp too! Easy walk to Duval with many great restaurants and bars close by. We walked everywhere!

This place was fabulous. We stayed for my sisters wedding so our party had 5 different rooms and all of them were unique and would stay again. Bed & linens comfortable. The pool and hot tub were added bonus, all the grounds…porches swings were delightful. We rented bikes from there all week. Location was perfect for us, ways off from Duval but close enough to everything. The best part of Eden house is the people who run it. Incredible humans, friendly thoughtful & made the stay excellent.

Loved it all

Great location, a walking distance from the center of Key West. The staff was super nice and helpful! There was always free coffee, tea, water and juice in the lobby. The pool was really nice and clean, a cold one to swim in and a hot tub. Our room was clean, plenty of towels as well.

The room was extremely small, with a sink and shower in the room itself (no separate bathroom). Parking is free but very limited so we mostly walked around because we didn't want to lose our spot. The stay is also pretty expensive but still good value for the keys.

Location! Quiet, boutique feel, pool, jacuzzi, amenities with refreshments in the lobby, library and the best part is storage of luggage before check in and after check out! Shower available after check out, if needed. Hammocks, great atmosphere! The staff is enthusiastic and a great help! This hotel is the oldest on the island, a hidden gem!

For our room, it was extremely small, the mattress was not comfortable. The price didn't reflect the room. For some people, lack of breakfast could be an issue, not for us. Restaurants galore, nearby.

Expensive for a basic hotel . Pool was cold when we got there . Heat was not on, they turned it on after many complaints . But takes days to heat up. The photos don’t reflect the changes to the property ( hammocks gone , waterfall gone, outdoor shower gone , upper sun deck no longer accessible ) one of the Bartenders at the tiki bar was the worst ( she was most negative person ever such a downer, all she did was talk bad about the new changes at the place ) Rooms are small but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway . Shower pressure kinda stinks .

We went to Eden House for our honeymoon. We loved the tropical feel to it with lots of places to sit during the day, such as hammocks, swing beds and pool loungers. The pool was a great place to cool down after a busy day exploring. We also used the jacuzzi lots. Great location but also quiet and removed from the busy Duval street. The rooms were kept nice and cool which was amazing to come back to after a hot day. We rented bikes from Eden House to get around and this was perfect! We loved the bar that was open for a few hours every day, the bar staff were great and gave us recommendations of things to do in key west. Rooms were kept clean and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We loved it here and will definitely be back :)

We loved Eden house but a couple of things that could be improved. The air con in our room was quite noisy and was above our bed so kept us up at night. When we first arrived the reception staff were a bit confusing about our check in. They told us our room would be ready at 3 and then told at 3, it wouldn’t be ready until 3.30pm, which is fine, but it seemed there was some confusion about what time check in was as booking.com told us a different time to the email we received.

The Eden House has been our favorite hotel in Key West ever since we first discovered it by accident. We love this hotel because it doesn't have a chain vibe but instead reflects Key West at its best - very charming, a little eccentric, with loving care and attention to details. The staff here is wonderful too! One recommendation: choose your room here carefully when you make your reservation, as each room we have stayed at in the past, has been very different from the others, especially when it comes to size, there are VERY small rooms here, which some people may prefer (obviously also reflected in the lower room rate) but to some may come as a shock upon arrival if booked without having paid attention to the size of the room first. The Eden House is located in a wonderful, quiet and safe neighborhood of Key West, on beautiful Fleming Street, within walking distance to great restaurants (including the outstanding on-site Azur restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner), art galleries, shops, and also the noisy hustle and bustle of Duval Street.
