Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was so close to where we wanted to be. Loved the free shuttle from the train station. Great pool! Gorgeous views too.

sad there was no coffee in the rooms and should have a few free water bottles included. We had to call for body wash. A weird item not to standardly provide.

I stayed in room 2815 for 4 nights. The room, bathroom and balcony are spacious & comfortable. The is a fridge in the room. The lady cleaning the room on a daily basis, did an excellent job. The view on the Miami river is spectacular. The Bayfront Park MetroMover and The Whole Food supermarket are a short distance away. AND it is very SAFE to walk around in the evenings.

The staff was exceptional. Location is right downtown Miami. Prior to arriving I corresponded with your team who quickly replied. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, our room was big and we had a balcony - it was ready when we arrived. Everyone we interacted was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again soon. We frequently take cruises, and it is nice to find a place to call home for a night or two. Thank you to all at Kimpton EPIC Hotel. Great job. Views are great at night too.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, however for the price we would have liked a little more luxury or comfort. It just seemed a little bare although nice. There were no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, which we missed. Staff were lovely and location was excellent. Food in Zuma was excellent but not so good in Area 31.

Felt a little like a studio apartment the way it was laid out. Would have liked a little more wardrobe space, There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging the bathrobes. We went to the event in Area 31 on New Years Eve which was completely over priced for what it was. Food was very poor that night unfortunately. On the plus side the hotel is close to many other great restaurants.

Great location from a lot of the hot spots in brickell. Beautiful hotel with a rooftop restaurant. Rooms are very spacious.

I did not care too much for the bathroom. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like it. Not sure if it were stains in the shower or not. Also, the cleaning lady for our room was such a cute old lady but she would literally ring the bell and then 30 seconds later, she would open the door. Imagine if we were doing adult things in the room. She gave no time for us to respond to her knock.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, very clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I had an excellent night's sleep. 10 minute walk from the bayside area for food and shopping. Also, its a 10 min ride or half hour walk to the cruise port, an uber cost $11 which was worth it rather than walking in the heat.

The only downside was the price of the water, $10 a bottle and it wasn't included in the resort fee. I nipped to the cvs pharmacy and paid $3 for the same bottle!

The pool was great with a view of the water. The staff made my 23rd birthday so special by letting us check in early when we arrived in the morning. The woman who checked me in, Laura, sent me macaroons and Prosecco that night, and she made sure I had anything I needed. This place made me just relax and feel like a princess after a long flight from California on my birthday. I was so impressed that they opened the lobby to guests and provided cocktails for an hour every night. The location was close to a lot of food and shopping options, but we had to Uber for the nightlife or bars. The view from the room was gorgeous, I never wanted to leave! It definitely was the best birthday ever!

Location and the vibe.

I was misled with the booking. The description of the booking described doubled rooms with two doubled bed and it was 1 room. We were cramped into 1 bedroom, that had a room that had connected rooms and we were able to hear everything from the next room over. We were not given what it was promised. I was very uncomfortable and we had no other option at that point. I will have my reservations to making reservations with booking.com.

Loved the size of the room. It was clean and comfortable. The city view was great and was great watching the world go by from the balcony. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Wine hour is also a great touch.

There is nothing that I didn't like... The whole stay was fantastic and so relaxing. Can't wait to go back there again soon

Great pool area! Easy to get chairs and bask all day. Pool staff was courteous and attentive. Absolutely loved dining at Zuma, I had a bar seat and the staff (Jose, Matteo and Alejandro) were friendly and went above and beyond to make a solo traveler feel like a princess! Would absolutely stay here again.

When I requested my room be made up I was surprised the towel that I had used as a bath mat was not replaced, but I didn’t complain as it was my last day anyway.
