The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Also the staff were soooooo nice. The night shift girls are top notch!!! Super clean, super affordable, convenient airport shuttles. All around excellent experience. Stay here next time you fly out of ATL!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute ride from the airport, yet I didn’t hear any airplane noise. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which was very convenient. The free shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport was a great service. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices like sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt, bananas, donuts, muffins, and different juices and teas. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the hotel itself was well-maintained and tidy. The staff was also very friendly. All in all great value for money, and I highly recommend this hotel.

As for downsides, there really weren’t any. If I had to mention something, it would be that the air conditioning unit on the shuttle bus occasionally dripped a little water. But overall, it didn’t affect my experience.

Wonderful staff. I got in late and had to wait a bit to check in because the man at the front was being so friendly and helpful to other people checking in. Which is a great thing and I didn’t mind because he was nice to me too. Bed was very comfortable.

Not against the property, but when I arrived at the international airport in Atlanta, there was no hotel shuttle there. I was told I would have to take the airport shuttle bus to take to me to domestic airport where I then would have to wait for hotel shuttle. I stood in a long line in the cold with tons of other people waiting for the shuttle to take me to domestic airport. I gave up when one shuttle showed and only took a few people. I decided to find a taxi and not wait any longer. So I ended paying to get to the hotel from the airport which I was not planning on.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

We messaged the hotel prior to our arrival at Atlanta airport regarding instructions on where to catch the shuttle bus. We were told that the shuttle runs every 30 min from Zone 2 (Domestic Side). This was incorrect. We waited nearly an hour at Zone 2, and no bus showed up. After asking around, we found that this was not even the right place, it was another spot nearby simply marked "Hotel Shuttles". Now at the correct place, we waited again, but no bus for this hotel showed up. We asked around again and one of the airport workers said they hadn't seen LaQuinta bus in a few hours, they assumed it broke down. Finally we paid a bus driver who worked for another hotel nearby to drop us off. Not a great experience especially late at night.

The location was very convenient and close to the airport. I like the fact that they offer free shuttle service. Restaurants are very close to the property. The beltway is near. It was clean inside of the hotel.

We arrived after midnight and got settled in our room to find out that the AC wasn't properly working. I mentioned it to the night staff and she asked if I turned it on/ down at the wall panel. Why of course I did, and I told her it still didn't kick on. She never mentioned or offered to change our room and I was way too tired to make a fuss at 1 a.m. so I reported it again in the a.m. and they had someone there to fix it before 9 a.m.

Amazing location. Centrally located to Delta G.O, about a 7 minute Uber ride, 15 minutes from airport via shuttle. Also located across the street from a McDonalds, Comedy club, several food offerings. Racetrac gas station (has the BEST SNACKS) and Ruby Tuesdays located on the same side. Also public transportation is on either side to get around. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is quiet/very peaceful in spite of being surrounded by everything. They have a dope outside pool and patio. Infused refreshments and a tiny snack bar at the check in desk. My room was spacious, I stayed on the 6th floor. Easy check in, staff was absolutely great. King sized bed and 4 massive pillows were so entirely comfy. Hot breakfast was ok. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, croissants/breas, oatmeal and cereal with apple/orange/cranberry juice and water. Definitely worth the price. 16.75% sales tax is WILD though. $100 deposit upon check in which gets refunded.

The shower, didn’t have a bathtub, which is fine but the shower fastener was hanging loose and there was rust around the shower head. There needs to be traction strips on the marble floor, it’s very slippery. Bathroom was small. Definitely needs to be updated. Small things though. I did enjoy my stay.

We received excellent customer service from employee, Dinah Redding. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. When we asked for towels for the pool we were promptly given them. When we asked for assistance for a taxi so we could get to Zoo Altanta, she helped provided the information we needed to have safe transportation for our day trip. We also were promptly given additional towels and soap for our rooms from the housekeeping staff when needed. When at breakfast we notified staff the coffee machine was only dispensing hot water, the staff changed the coffee machine . The shuttle got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The room had a bit of mold in the corner and some bugs in the light fixtures in the bathroom. Also the breakfast bacon and eggs I found a little cold, lacking some flavor. But other than that everything was excellent.

Location. Lobby. Room size. Fridge. Offered breakfast although I didnt get to get any.

Bathroom not cleaned properly, shower specifically stood out. Ironing board cover did not stay on and needed replacing and wasnt any pad left on it either. I had to use a towel. Wifi information wasnt listed in room,as i was told, and i had to call desk to get password. Person at desk was on phone and splitting attention between her phone and seemed uninterested and barely looked up when asked for help etc. Her personal phone was her primary focus basically as if she wasn’t at work.

The hotel is close to the airport, check-in and check-out procedures are very fast and smooth, the deposit they took was refunded 1 day later, the room is enough, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the breakfast is sufficient. Very good for one or two days stay.

It is not possible to communicate with the hotel by messaging via booking app, messages are not answered. The shuttle bus system for all hotels is very complicated, they depart from the same place from the airport domestic part and it is a bit difficult to understand/find the bus.
