Good value for money and that's it. Room was big, location is half our from downtown by train, but it is quite safe and nice with all the things you need. Maintenance is random, for example you can get fresh towels in two consecutive days or after 3 days, so you need to ask for anything you need and it will be provided eventually. Do not expect any room cleaning other than towels changing and empty the trash . Breakfast is simple, almost nothing salty. Staff is polite and friendly, but not much helpful. All in all you get what you paid, since it is quite cheaper than other similar hotels.

There is a laundry, but dryer didn't work properly, so we spent 10 $ for drying and clothes still wasn't dry, so it is very inconvenient. Only one elevator was working during our 10 days staying. Cleaning of corridors is very bad, so some trash could be in the corridor for whole day.

The room was clean and you can tell the staff paid great attention to the cleanliness of the spaces. Towels were changed as expected and I did;t need to ask for toiletries, they were replenished appropriately. The staff were friendly and helpful as I am not a resident and gave good tips on things to do in the area. I felt safe walking and there is a shopping center nearby so that was a plus.

The breakfast was not great, but it was included. At times staff seemed overwhelmed by he amount of persons coming for the breakfast served. They need a bit more assistance in the mornings.

I stayed at La Quinta because it’s the perfect location if you’re visiting the Colombian Embassy in Atlanta. After a 4-hour road trip from South Carolina, arriving to a friendly face at the front desk and a clean and comfortable bed was such a relief. Breakfast was great—it started at 6 a.m., so I had time to eat before heading out to get in line for my paperwork. The best part was the 11 a.m. check-out, which gave me plenty of time to pack without feeling rushed. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again if needed.

When I went to check in the computer system was down but, that's nothing they could control. They were very apologetic. I asked about restaurants close by and the manager, Gwendolyn was very gracious and gave me a list of places to get food, practically within walking distance. I could tell it was very stressful for her to not be able to immediately be able to help the folks with reservations. They were finally able to get us all checked in etc. Before going to sleep I asked her for an extra blanket, because I chose to keep the air turned down so cool in the room and she went personally down to the laundry to retrieve an extra blanket. Nice, facility and breakfast was good and I think for the price and location you can't go wrong. Gwendolyn was a great lady to deal with, definitely a keeper! Brenda

The parking lot was a little odd. You didn't have any up close parking to the entrance. Everything is in the back of the hotel or to the side. One of the side doors where we parked was unavailable which made it extremely hard getting through the parking lot then on a side street (that leads you to the other hotels) and in the main entrance, with a toddler. We could never find a luggage buggy thing so we had to make several trips to the car. The bed wasn't all that comfy and it made ALOT of noise when getting in and out of or simply just moving around. Traffic at times was a little loud where our room was. Everything else was fine.

I really loved the location and the facilities.

The guests that left their trash all around the property. The staff did their best to keep the place clean but so many people disregarded the property and left their trash everywhere. It was sad to see. Cups and water bottles left in the hallways instead of a trash can. No fault to the staff. They took care of it when they could. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked. I am thankful for all they did to make our stay exceptional.

It was a super good value for the location and amount of room I got, very close to where I needed to work, and had good enough wifi for me to work from my room. I also liked the little fitness center that helped me unwind. The breakfast was good because I just eat oatmeal and drink coffee, which is what they had. The staff was very helpful and friendly, too.

It would’ve been nice if the store downstairs had a few more things.

Our room was nice and clean and appears to have been updated recently. The water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. Breakfast was good!

The bed was unfortunately not very comfortable at all. The elevator closest to our room was out of order. There are no vending machines on the property and the market where you can buy snacks and other small items was not stocked.
