Absolutely everything!!! This was my first time in NOLA, and immediately I felt like I was “home”. Moxy was wonderful!! Perfectly located for us to walk to 2 chicks cafe for breakfast, voodoo chicken & daiquiris for quick and easy lunch/dinner, room service beignets, and deep-fried Oreos with the world‘s best chocolate milk was our daughter’s favorite feature of what Moxy provided. 2 complimentary drinks from the most beautiful bar during our stay, the esthetic was a vibe of its own!!! Staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and kind. We will absolutely be staying here again!! The decor, the location, the staff. We not only felt at home, but safe. Our thoughts and prayers remain with NOLA

- Didn’t love that valet wasn’t included in our stay. The public parking garage located right next door was $15 cheaper per day after we were advised valet was the most cost effective option. - Didn’t love the $15 minimum to order room service. Our daughter wanted deep friend Oreos and chocolate milk every night but we had to add to our order to meet the minimum. - our room didn’t smell great. Not terrible enough to voice our complaints at the time of our stay and in no way would prevent us from booking a future stay at Moxy, just stating for feedback

The location was fantastic. My daughter and I were down for Taylor Swift (night 3). We were within walking distance to the stadium and to the main drag. Canal and Burbon Street Hunter(what an awesome person) checked us in. He was the bartender, too. He kept the vibe up and the party going throughout the evening. He organized a bracelet making party within minutes and helped create Taylor Swift themed drinks for the guests. The room was very clean and comfy!

The room didn't have a window to really see out. It was an inside room. It did have a window in the bathroom, and it was small.

I like that it was within walking distance from the French quarters, bourbon street, and a few good local restaurants. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The drinks were good. The room was clean, modern, and sexy in a way. lol. The whole vibe and atmosphere of the place was phenomenal.

My only complaint is the parking situation. That’s literally it. There are parking garages and valet services available, but if you don’t really want to spend a lot for parking, then don’t drive. I literally loved everything else about this place!

The location was perfect for mardi gras. Just a few steps away from the French quarter, close to museums, shopping and restaurants.

Housekeeping came in and only made up the bed. Didn't take out the trash or maintain the floors. The floors were super sticky and nasty by the last day because there wasn't any maintenance. The ac in the room made a slightly loud sound but not enough to disturb my sleep. My room was next to the elevator and didn't have any issues with the sound of that. I was worried about that since other reviews stated how loud the elevator was. Maybe it depends on the floor. The chairs in the room weren't the greatest either.

Free coffee/hot chocolate bar, free lockers to store luggage after check out or whenever needed, oversized, Jenga, and connect for in the lobby, computer with a printer available, 24 hour gym access, as well as ice machines and ironing area.

Our sink in the room was clogged up, not a huge issue. There was no iron/ironing board in the rooms you had to go to another floor of the hotel to use if needed. We were there for a two nights stay and just assumed housekeeping would not be coming to our room as it was such a short stay, but when we came back Saturday evening both beds were made. It kind of felt uncomfortable because if I knew housecleaning was coming I probably wouldn’t have left my personal belongings out the way I did.

Everything else was fantastic, it's a 3 star hotel with 4 star services...especially Ebony the Hotel Manager was extremely professional and helpful all throughout the stay!...double thumbs up for her! The hotel is also v well located, hop skip n a jump from the main artery of NOLA the Canal Street!

Housekeeping could have been better !...daily cleaning of rooms is a vital part of staying at a hotel!...at Moxy, one has to seek a supervisor to get that service sorted.

I love the location of the space and the value was wonderful.

I didn't like the fact that it's a really ultra modern space, but you guys have forgotten about some of the antiquities for example an iron in the room. The steamer was up to date but I thought an iron in the room would be okay. Also the lack of a refrigerator kind of put me at a bad situation given the fact that I'm in New Orleans and all the food that I'm eating

The location was better than expected. I was within walking distance to restaurants and the jazz festival. I also like the way the room was divided to allow privacy for my stepson

I couldn't check in early and then when I was allowed to check in I had to wait in line for a long time. For the amount of money I spent for a weekend stay, I expected better service

The staff was extremely nice, I liked the variety of drinks and snacks at the bar/lobby, and it is at a very convenient location! We were walking distance from Canal st., Bourbon st. and just about every Ave. around there. The drive was also 12-17 mins to other areas we found.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived which was disappointing since we flew out of state. However, we understood because we went during Mardi Gras and it was completely booked out!

Superb location 5 min walk to bourbon st and 25 min walk to the riverboat and cafe du monde french market. Area was quiet and safe when coming back from the loud bourbon st bars.10 min walk to the basketball and football stadiums and again safe to walk to and back. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and the room was very clean, comfy and stylish.
