Large room, accommodated an early check in, complimentary snacks and water in room, refrigerator in room. Felt safe walking to nearby bars and restaurants in a group at various times throughout the day and evening. Lovely little art gallery attached to lobby.

Rattling of pipes (?) Intermittently. Assume it was some time of plumbing issue since room was directly beneath gym and pool. Room lighting was dark. Bathroom lighting was dim as well with no makeup mirror or available bright lighting.

Location, central to everything within short walk, staff polite generally, lovely comfortable communal areas to sit & relax, we were there for Mardis Gras & could not have been in a better place for the rate paid

Legacy Kitchen incredi ly slow and that is saying something for the area generally. The staff are excellent despite poor management support. Would could have had our bins emptied everyday if asked, but why should we fir tge rate we paid, however it was nit the Ritz I guess

Room was spacious, the staff was helpful and friendly.

I had to check out at 3 a.m. to catch a plane home. The front desk person was running the report and could not give me a receipt. I left my email address to be able to send it to me later. As of today, I have not received a receipt for any of the 6 days I stayed there

This is an AMAZING hotel and in a great location! The room are nice, and the service was great. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and cocktails.

The hotel lacks accessible entrance to people utilizing wheelchairs. It’s situated on a one way on the left side of the street, and I was unable to let down my ramp which is on the right side. My only option was to let my kids out across the street and have them crossover to the hotel. This was the only downside.

The location was in the perfect spot for every event I needed to, The property it self was beautiful all across the board. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. They even went an extra mile to lend a hand without asking. From the front desk to the restaurant staff everyone was amazing. Will definitely refer to my friends and family.

The hotel is within a short walk to the convention center, Harrahs Casino and the Riverwalk shopping/dining facility. A bonus is having onsite dining as well. Appreciated the valet parking and available porters to get your luggage from car to your room. All staff were very kind and welcoming.

Price of valet parking @ $42 a day hurt a bit. Including tips to drivers could add up if you used your car a bit. The rooftop pool was out of service for reconstruction. It was one of the reasons we picked the hotel, so was disappointed to find it was not open.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the amenities were sufficient. The location is kind of in the middle of everything so you can get around very easily without Uber/Lift.

For the value, maybe a little more can be included with the price of stay, like a breakfast, shuttle services, or additional amenities.

All the staff was wonderful even in the pouring down rain. The front desk was so attentive and made me feel welcome while the valet was so courteous and quick with getting our vehicle. Thank you

I was actually staying at another hotel from that of my friends but when I saw the hotel and the rooms of thr Rennaissance I got online and booked a room and checked out of the hotel I was staying. The rooms at the Rennaissance were MUCH BIGGER, better and the bed was more comfortable. More importantly I was able to pay for two night at the Rennaissance compared to ONE night at the other hotel. The restaurant inside (I believe it is called the Craft Tavern?) was soo good! This hotel IS ALLL THAT!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Oh and the staff was soo friendly and helpful!!

The location was great and even though it felt like it was in the action, it was nice and quiet at night.

The lighting in the room was dim and the room was also humid even with the air running.
