We had dinner there two times. The food service was good. We spent the day is wondering around town seeing the World War II museum. You have a good location for that.
The tub faucet in our room is about to fall off the wall otherwise, the room is fine. Room 437. Regarding our check out. We were told the night before that someone was on staff at the desk 24 hours a day and to call the desk when we were ready for a cab to come get us at 4:30 in the morning. We were told to call 10 minutes to 15 minutes early. We did that and nobody answered the phone. I called twice. We went down to the lobby to check out and there was nobody at the front desk. After a few minutes a young lady came out from behind through a door behind the desk. Needless to say we were 15 minutes late to the airport and had to rush. Generally speaking, your snaff is not as friendly as it should be.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and the rooftop bar was decent. We had 3 rooms for our family so they accommodated us very close to each other in the same hall. a night we felt very safe too!
I didn't like there was any free breakfast or free amenities offered. One day me and my son ate in the restaurant for breakfast and it was over $60. Needless to say we had to find breakfast offsite every day. We paid over $1000 for each room for 4 nights which is expensive but they were only hotel available when we booked 2 months ahead of our trip. There aren't many restaurants or bars within walking distance so we spent a lot on Ubers since it rained during our trip. The rooftop bar is nice but no happy hours.

Property was beautiful, clean and new feeling. I loved the hotel bathroom, it was spacious, clean, and modern, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, that was of a good quality. The room had nice views of the city. The interior design was of the WWII era and very well done, it seemed to have a purfume smell in the common areas/lobby which was a pleasant touch. You’re also right on the property of the museum so the area is really nice to walk around.
The only thing that bothered me was the service at the restaurants and bar wasn’t good, it was lacking quality service, being a former service industry employee and manager I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe if was an off day but it seemed to be consistent throughout the facility) so I was a little disappointed in that but there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars within in walking distance so I recommend just eating outside of the hotel.

The ambiance and decor was awesome. Everything in the hotel is WWII themed. Even down to the music. The common areas, restaurants and rooms were all so clean and the beds were very comfortable. I ate all three dining options they have here. The food and drinks are incredible at all of them. Rosies on the roof is so cool! The Provisions cafe is like a mini coffee shop with pastries and small eats, all delicious. Café Normandie's breakfast is exceptional. The WWII museum and Higgins hotel together is like a small campus. You are right across the street from the museum, which is a remarkable experience in itself. I will always enjoy the constant state of patriotism I was in between both, highly recommend!
Parking is $50 a day, with what you pay for rooms, I expected parking to be included. The bars close at 10, I would have liked to see them open later.

We only used the Provisions Market coffee bar. The pastries were excellent. The room was nice; the bath and shower were very nice.
Room service was good the first day, but we did not get room service the second day. We left the room at 9:00am and returned at 4:30pm. At 4:30pm room service was taking place on our floor; we put ot the 'do not disturb' sign to talk a nap. When we left for dinner at 5:45 I forgot to remove the 'do not disturb sign' so give you some benefit of the doubt.

It is located next to WW2 Museum with plenty of good restaurants around the corner. The location worked for me very well as it’s away from the busy main street and yet still close to Canal Street and Riverfront. The room is spacious and comfortable enough for 2 people. They also have a rooftop bar with a great view of the cityscape of NOLA perfect for sunset.
There were no complimentary dental kits available. The sliding bathroom door has a space that you’ll be seen enough by your companion from the outside.

Beautiful common space, good location to shop and eat on Mag St and uptown, or to the Quarter.
Had to call 3 of 4 mornings for bath towels and toilet paper as room was not serviced except once in 4 days! Otherwise a “10”.

We ate breakfast one morning and the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful. All of the staff we encountered was very helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bar was a very nice place to look over the city. We had a meal at Kilroy's one evening and again the food was really good. We had the beignets at the rooftop restaurant and they were better than the ones at Cafe Dumond (where we had been encouraged by many people to go).
Though we appreciated the security measures of using the room key to access the elevator, it was unexpected and it took us awhile to get used to using it. We did have some issues with our room key - two nights in a row, it would not work and maintenance had to be called to change the battery. After a long day, it was a little off putting to have to contact the front desk and wait (not a long wait) for maintenance to come and do the repair. The bathroom is huge so it would be nice to have a shelf or cabinet of some sort to place toiletry bags, etc since there is plenty of room.

I loved mostly everything about the hotel, it was beautiful and the location was perfect. The staff was top of the line, anything we needed they made sure we were good. They have a nice bar and dining area as well as a roof top bar.
The room was small, I didn’t expect that. Some of the plug ins were loose so my charger kept falling out of the wall. The room also didn’t have much lighting.

The motel is beautiful, the location is great and the motel is clean. We received room service every day. I honeslty do not remember the last time we stayed in a motel that provided room service every day. I highly recommend this property!
