Pros: Location, Front Desk and Kitchen Staff, and complimentary breakfast *The location of the hotel is perfect! It is close to plenty of restaurants and Whole foods market. The Front desk attendants were extremely friendly and understanding. Tyesha, in particular, was very polite and took our experience into her hands to ensure that we will return as a Hyatt customer. Another Front Desk Attendant was nice enough to make a complimentary drink for my Mom and I on my birthday. The kitchen staff was awesome! I notified them that I wasn't a fan of the breakfast meat choice and they provided a substitute.

Cons: The bathroom and microwave *So upon arriving to our room, I've discovered that the bathroom wasn't fully clean. I saw hair on the toilet seat and hair on the shower curtain. I notified the front desk and Tyesha was highly concerned. They wanted to clean out room again but there was no need since I travel with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the bathroom myself. Also, there are no microwave in the rooms.

Location was great, walkable to fells point and the harbor (aquarium) ...the drive to the zoo was only 11 minutes which was nice. Staff was friendly front desk did fail to tell me that you need to use the room key to utilize elevator so my family and I thought we were stuck on the elevator for 5 minutes ... extremely funny now but at the time not so much! You need to make reservations for the pool at first I thought this was ridiculous but the pool is very small so it is nice to reserve the pool.

Was not impressed with the breakfast or coffee ended up walking to dunkin (right around the corner) and starbucks (an easy 7 min walk). The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty (everything else seemed clean)

I really want to thank the housekeeping staff member who helped me recover my headphones. There is much to be said about a team with honesty and integrity. As a supervisor myself, I know it can be hard to form a good team, but what I saw during my stay and afterward can only be described as 10-out-of-10 service and professionalism. Everything was great

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The location was great, within walking distance of the Aquarium and the rest of the harbor. Safe area, we were good walking around with our family.

The pool is small, and be aware, you have to reserve times to use it.

Nice hotel. Clean. Rooms are spacious. Walking distance to restaurants, sights.

I could hear the slightest noises from the rooms around me, e.g., someone lifting the shade, as though it was inside my room. Difficult to get temp in room pleasant. Too hot or too cold, especially at night. Sleeping was challenging

Great location. Easily walkable to several areas of interest like Little Italy and Fells Point. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Breakfast was included but it was just ok. Very simple, not much to choose from. One day it closed down 30 minutes early. Found that to be strange when there were many guests still around.

Everything was well organized and looked very neat as well. Very clean.

When heading into the bathroom, the shower curtains had zip ties on them. I didn’t want to cut them off because I didn’t know if there was a reason that they were like that, but it made it uncomfortable to shower because we weren’t able to fully close the curtains

everything was wonderful bathroom was out of this world i was blown away and the hot water and pressure was amazing breakfast was good had alot to choose from staff was nothing but amazing so great job to them!!!!

pull out couch was not able to sleep on due to eye lashes all over it didnt call anyone as we got there late 1130pm just wanted to sleep eggs were cold at both spots of the breakfast bar

Staff was excellent. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we come for.

Only on site parking is valet, but there is a parking garage behind the hotel. Also, no designated smoking area unless you go off the hotel property. Neither one of these are “good” reasons to complain or to not stay again though.

Spacious room with a couch, ability to cast own device and streaming service to TV, friendly helpful staff, early check in and late check out was no issue, location to the Inner Harbour, Nados on the corner for dinner when really tired, pool available for use
