Nicely decorated. Convenient location. Good sized room. Free breakfast. Michael at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and professional. Overall good experience.

The shower looked shabby (gaps in caulk/seal) and was not thoroughly cleaned. I found 2 different types of hair from previous guests, straight hair on towels and coily hair on the shower wall. They use those dispensers instead of individual mini toiletries, but the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower. It's a good thing I had some in my bag. Breakfast was meh. Overpriced for the accommodations. I had an equivalent stay (and cleaner) at a hotel half the price in the area.

What is most important is the cleanliness and the room and hotel surpassed my expectations. I will use this hotel the next time I have family visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not get everyone’s name but I do remember Hassan who was professional and super helpful. There were other staff members at the front desk when we checked in and the woman working in the cafe all were top-notch.

It was one of the most expensive hotels in the area. Another hotel in the area was one third of the price. It’s a chain where I usually stay when I’m out of town but the Waldorf hotel had very bad reviews about cleanliness.

Location is great for my need . Real restaurants are within walking distance distance

I like to stay at hotels with breakfast. I was very disappointed… they had the fold over highly salted omelets .. with bacon. They got me one without bacon however it was awful Way too salty . They need to go back to scrambling eggs . I pay more to get breakfast this was ended up being oat meal the only safe option if you care about your health

Your property was clean and the night staff Veronica was very considerate and helpful. She called to make sure I was at the hotel in time to check in and answered all the questions I had. I also feel that 12:00 noon as the checkout time was amazing considering the convention I came for was mostly at night till early morning.

The pool was not open (but I understand pools open after Memorial Day).

I had to leafve my room while the housekeeping staff changed one bed and left towels. However, she did not leave enough towels (e.g. floor towel and another bath towel and cloth) and was to return but never did. Aso although only asked for one bed to be changed and clean towels, she did not bother to empty the trash can in the bathroom that was running over and in her visibility as she was in the bathroom.

SECOND VISIT IN A MONTH. STILL GREAT!! ROOM WAS QUIET AND READY WHEN WE GOT THERE. EVERYTHING WAS OPERATING LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WISH THERE WERE A FEW GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. HARD BOILED EGGS WOULD BE GREAT EVERYDAY AS AN OPTION, FOR PROTEIN. YOGURT WAS GLUTEN FREE, AND AVAILABLE.

The property was clean and quiet. I called ahead off time to ensure I could check in early, I was told to check- in after 1230 to avoid a 50.00 fee so that's what zi did. The representative was very professional and informative.

The bathroom tolietries were empty and there was no soap door hand washing. Good thing I had my own

Clean well maintained facility. Friendly staff.

Slow draining bathtub/shower. The shower head needed replacing. It didn't function well, but well enough for the two night stay. And the plate on the clothes iron was damaged, it had a gouge in it and the sharp edge pulled at my sweater and skirt.

The staff was decent until check out.

I had a death in the family and checked out 2 days early. I was charged for the two additional days and can't get the hotel to refund at least one of the days. I will not be staying there again.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR OUR NEEDS. HAD TO TRAVEL FOR FUNERAL, AND STAYING HERE MADE IT EASIER. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND AVAILABLE EARLY. THE COFFEE WAS ALWAYS READY TO GO AT ALL HOURS.

THE REFRIDGERATOR IN THE ROOM DIDN'T SEEM AS COLD AS IT SHOULD BE, BUT WE MADE DO.
