Very Friendly Staff from Check in to Check out! When i first arrived i was able to check in early and due to to long road trip that was greatly appreciated. He even offered breakfast for free due to it being my first time staying. I was also able to be placed near by parents so thank you for that as well. The room was decent however for the amount paid i think that the property needs to upgrade the bathrooms. Showers are pretty outdated and the drain was slow in the room in my location. The location of the property was just minutes away from my destination, and we were a great location for other food , shopping, and everything else needed. The breakfast staff were amazing, and the food was delicious on the way back on the road. Thank you for your kindness and we will be back

The four of us ate the buffet breakfast which was fair. But the cost of $20 each was pricey due to it being the same you would get in a continental breakfast. The only thing different was you had a waitress that came to your table to refill drinks.

Front desk person was extremely nice, greeted me with open arms very very pleasant 😀 😊 need more people like her. The front desk person is like the quarter back (QB) she held it down!! Front Desk person plays a very important role, and she played her part well!

We Loved the staff, they were very friendly and attentive. We also loved the food. We had Salmon Salad for dinner, and the next morning, we had an egg white omlete for breakfast. we wish we couldn't have stayed another night. We were very impressed!

Delicious. Staff friendly and offered suggestions re: menu items. A variety of choices to select from. Prepared items not listed on menu. Dining area always neatly arranged. The location of hotel was perfect to our daughter's home.

This was a nice double room with enough room for bags and walking space. The bathrooms were clean and the tile work was appropriately maintained. The entrance was welcoming and the staff greeted us promptly and we were in our room within minutes of arrival.

I believe everything was on par with what is a typical expectation for this brand of hotels. My expectations were met.

The staff was amazing. We held an event there and then stayed. We cannot thank the whole group enough! They made the event go off without an issue and the hotel was very welcoming!

I’m still waiting for the pool to open up and I rather be able to tap my card instead of swiping or inserting it for payment

The location was perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping opportunities as the mall is in walking distance. The breakfast was phenomenal. Will be staying again next month.
