The staff were incredibly helpful in all areas of the hotel (parking, help with luggage and valet on arrival, laundry service, check in and out). The common areas were beautiful and the location was excellent; lots of places to eat at within walking distance and even on site. The on site restaurant has a separate menu for breakfast which is tasty but you wouldn't know about it unless you ask as the only menu posted in the lobby (and the website) is the lunch and dinner one.

The room was a little tight size wise for 3 people even though it was a queen suite (not much room to get by the furniture pieces and no other seating if you are using the sofa bed as a sleeping area. Windows were tiny and no central lighting (felt like I was in a dark basement on the third floor). Hallways are very tight especially when housekeeping (and their large cleaning/laundry carts )is trying to clean in the morning.

Everything went well.

Too many bums on Causeway and Friend Street. They annoy you.

We stayed here years ago and love all the updates. It is so much nicer than I remembered. The staff was wonderful. From the valet to checking in and checking out everyone was helpful and nice. It is the ideal location when we are at an event at the TD Garden. I had mentioned that we were celebrating out 20 year anniversary and there was a hand written card and chocolates in our room. Such a nice touch. GREAT showers. Best hotel shower ever.

Our view was not great. We were in room 202 and the view is the street the entrance to the hotel is on.

The room was comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The location is great for restaurants, TDGarden, train stations, etc. The staff were welcoming. I didn't have the a la care breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, though -- next time!

The music from the restaurants on the ground floor went on until about midnight or so (guessing), which made it difficult to get to sleep. I know the hotel can't do much about that, but I think our second floor room was directly above the restaurant. In future I'll ask for a higher floor.

Location was great, bathroom was great, bed was super comfy. I really liked the bathroom not being an ensuite for our room - it was adjoining the living area where we had a sofa bed made up, made it much easier for us as we were travelling as a group of 3.

Noise insulation isn’t great, we could hear other people’s alarms going off. If booking the King Suite with Sofa Bed and needing privacy, make sure you specify that the bedroom needs to have a door.

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Room 410 was quiet and had an extra sink/mirror to give extra space for getting ready in the evening & morning. The restaurant was good. The waiter and bartender were kind. Very easy walk to TD Garden and the Boston Commons. Park City was a lovely nearby church.

When you select breakfast included on Booking, the voucher only covers 2 meals. We had to buy two additional meals at ~$16-20 each. My daughter got yogurt, granola & fruit for $10.

Room was well equipped for a city break stay. Location excellent for Tube / transport. Waterfront within walking distance. Good choice of restaurants / bars/cafes within about 15 minutes walk. Staff very helpful and polite. Right opposite the home of the Boston Bruins Ice Hockey team !

The street in which the hotel is located is undergoing a major refurbishment which meant there was mechanical equipment noise at times. Legalised cannabis retail shop next door but two - which may be useful for some and not for others !

This hotel has a boutique feel without being small. The rooms are spacious and have pretty wall paper on one wall. Valet parking made things simple in a city with challenging parking. Edward met us at the car and took our bags to our room explaining the area and location. We easily got to the North End for dinner and I chose the hotel partially for its proximity to TD garden for a concert. It was a quick walk! I received a text a bit after arriving asking if I needed anything. I requested extra coffee pods and the text response was pleasant and the pods were in my room when I got back from dinner.

We booked specifically due to proximity to TD Garden to attend the Arctic Monkey's concert. We found the hotel to be a very cute, boutique style hotel. Our room was VERY spacious (much more than we anticipated). Check in was a little backed up and the Manager provided us with water and asked us to sit in the attached restaurant. After a while, our room was ready and for our time, he gave us free breakfast vouchers (and the breakfast was very good! not your typical continental breakfast). All the staff was super friendly and the attached restaurant was good. We had dinner there as we were on a tight schedule (one day quick trip to Boston for the concert). Our food came out quick and all prices were reasonable, especially for the city. In the room we had two more free bottles of water. I love it when they don't nickle and dime you!

The room was nice and clean, but showed a bit of wear. If you are looking for 100% updated rooms, you may want to go to a chain, but we prefer these types of hotels and this was a very good one.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Personal absolutely fantastic. We had one room with broken heating, in one hour we were moved to another room with no problem..

Its not negative but just recommendation - We were here for 7 days, breakfast menu has only 4 courses to choose. Most of people stay there for 1 or 2 night, but if you stay longer, breakfast is hard to choose after few days. I would recommend wider menu options for accomodated guests
