It was comfortable and in a convenient location to a beach (1 mile away). There were some good places to eat just a few miles up the road.

The bathroom was quite small and lack hooks etc for ease of use. A swifter broom would be helpful as if one goes to the beach it seems some sand is going to find its way back with you.

The motel was very cozy. It destroyed any preconceived notions I've ever had about motels. It was super clean, conveniently located, still very private, and not far from the beach. Booking was incredibly easy, and the staff was very accommodating. Checking and check out were also very simple. It was truly a delight to stay there, I'm already thinking about coming back with my family.

I absolutely loved the quaintness of the room. The nautical look and the beds were so comfortable. I took my mom on this trip for her 75th birthday. This motel was the best room we stayed in while there! I wish we had just booked it for the whole trip. It was contactless, which we didn't care one way or another. The property was clean well kept, very well lit. We parked right in front of our room. I just cannot say enough good things about this motel. We absolutely loved it.

The absolute only thing I could complain about was not being able to get coffee in the morning. One cup just doesn't do it for me. But that's it. We did have one cup each one morning and then had to go find coffee but other than that nothing.

Room was large and had a mini fridge/freezer which was very handy and appreciated. Room was also very clean.

No complaints for a mid-range motel. No breakfast restaurants close by, but no more than a 10 minute drive to dine out.

The cleanliness and the renovations. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping/groceries etc.

The rooms could use welcome mats or small throw rugs inside throughout for when it's raining outside. The bedspreads cover the corners of the beds. Kept bumping knees. No coffee etc. was stocked in the lobby. Update TVs with streaming apps.

Very clean. The room seemed to be recently painted. The outside had a very nice grass area and flowers. It was only about a mile from the beach. The beach was mostly rocky but my wife said that is normal for Nee England beaches. The location is only about a half hour from Hyannis

Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan

We did not partake of breakfast; we wanted more than granola bars, etc. The space was good. The. no-contact confirmed check in was a breeze, courtesy of the staff phone call to my home early in the morning on the day of our anticipated arrival--friendly and thorough. We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink with friends at Amari's across from the motel. During the afternoon layover, we drove a short ways to Barnstable Beach and enjoyed a wam-ish and windy stroll along a stretch of beach. The bathroom had a small but roomy rack system and basket on the wall which helps when there is no counter available space. Too cool to open the window (didn't try), but could have used an exhaust fan to clear the air and help dry off.

There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, but I wish there had been an electrical outlet available.

The property was clean and well landscaped. Lots of area to relax . Rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was well maintained and the owners were very helpful and friendly , check in was a breeze and at night it was very quiet and restful. Lots of things to see in the area.

There was no negatives about this property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

I requested an early check in. The staff on arrival work working hard to prepare the room wearily for me. They were very nice and the room was very nice. I was there just to sleep between night shifts so I was sad I didn’t really get to enjoy it. This isn’t new go to place when out there for work.

Nothing it was great

I liked the decorations, the beds were comfortable, the new key systems that they have on their doors, you don't have to check in at the front office, it's all done on your phone, it was quick and easy.

That there was no pool and the shower, I was told by the owners that they are in the process of upgrading the bathrooms.
