I loved the comfortable beds, the endless hot water in the shower/bath, the cold drinkable water from the sink faucet, the mini fridge/freezer that fit ALL our food from our cooler—and still had room for more, the free breakfast with several yummy options, the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser with at least a month’s amount of products, and last but not least: the friendly and CARING staff, namely Tammy who works the day shift. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We hope to be back again someday. ❤️

Maybe needs an elevator

Perfect location! We love spending time in west Yellowstone and island park so it was the perfect.

Nothing we didn’t like. It could have been a little cleaner (I noticed how dirty the stairs and hallway were right away, going to our room for the first time)… a few hairs were in the tub and on the bed, the area around the sink needs a good wipe down. Didn’t want to complain but figured I’d mention it in this survey.

Very clean - breakfast was simple but there was a lot of it. There was always hot coffee and hot water so I could fix hot chocolate every evening. It was 10 min from west Yellowstone downtown - you do have to go to breakfast 6 am when it opens so that you get to the park before the crowds

The staff was extremely friendly A/C worked amazing on hot days, and Heat worked for the cold nights Just a little trip outside of town so you don't have to deal with the city noise. King size bed was amazing 👏

White towels were all stained There was dust along the entire floor boards in the room. There wasn't much to choose from at breakfast

I liked the availability of hot chocolate and some of the breakfast foods at all times.

It would be better if there were 2 waffle makers. The number of people that wanted waffles made waiting for the maker a long process. There wasn't adequate seating the breakfast room during the busy breakfast time.

I am agree to not change towels every day but after 3 days or put somenthing to dry them. And it was be better to verify every day if the toilet paper is available in the room

Lovely spot if you are looking to book on a budget. The rooms were acceptable, the facility clean and orderly. There is a small outside space with a fire pit you can sit at during the sunset. Over all, a good choice given our budget.

The breakfast was very starchy/carb and not a lot of protein options.

Great location , near a Rodeo and easy access to West Yellowstone entrance. Bed comfortable and facilities good with breakfast included. Friendly reception staff good local recommendations and easy registration .

Rooms a little dated , in need of TLC but perfectly acceptable for a night stopover.

We loved the location. The property was far enough away from the Main Street of Wedt Yellowstone (less than a 10 minute drive) and was very secluded and peaceful. The property itself was very clean. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was awesome. It was within 10 minutes of Yellowstone nation park, but was outside of the city of west Yellowstone, so traffic wasn’t bad and parking was a breeze. The breakfast was adequate in my eyes. Not a huge selection, but it had enough variety for everyone. I’m not a big breakfast person anyways, so it was perfect for me.
