We really enjoyed our stay at Under Canvas West Yellowstone. The grounds were incredible. There were horses in the fields, a really pretty creak with chairs and hammocks around, fire pits with smore stations. The deluxe king tent was spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We only stayed one night. It got really cold in the middle of the night because our fire went out. I sent a text to the help number and within minutes someone was at our tent with more fire wood, kindling and fire starters and hot water bottles for our beds. This is how you communicate throughout your stay. Send a text anytime you need anything. We had such an incredible stay. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for everything. We cant wait to try another under canvas location. Also, we felt completely safe the whole time. There were all types of guests on the grounds... young friend groups, other couples and a lot of families.

The location close to west Yellowstone and the surrounding landscape that is breathtaking ! The equipment in the tent and the possibility to do your own fire as evenings and night are cold ! The restaurant even far is an experience to do once.
Having done over under canvas, the tent was very cold as not well sealed. A little noisy. ‘Cold’ on the common part of the camp even close to the fire place for Marshmallows. May be due to the fact we should go out to eat for dinner and breakfast ?

Beautiful location and a great campsite. Tents were spacious, clean and dry. Bathroom/toilets were warm and meticulously clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick!
As you'd expect from a tent; it was fairly cold once the weather dropped below freezing. The log burner was great but obviously took a while to heat the tentspace. It might make sense to get these lit in advance of check in when the weather is bad.

Setting & tents very nice! Great nature surroundings and we heard the wolves in the night what was a great experience! Country music in the evening added nice memories!
They should mention that minors are not allowed in a tent on their own! In one of our tents there was a big space between the chimney and the tent which we asked to fix before dinner. They told us to take care of it, but when we returned to the tent nothing had happened. Since it was already late and we really wanted to sleep we didn’t call anyone, but during night there was a cold wind coming through that hole making it even colder than it had been anyway (that’s what nature comes with ;-)

Wonderful stay in a simple yet comfortable tent with a wood stove for the evenings. During the day, temperatures easily reach 30 degrees Celsius, and at night it can be freezing. It was so great and relaxing to sit around a campfire in the evening with a nice drink and cozy small talk. The sky was filled with bright stars, allowing us to realize we are just part of the vast universe.

Under Canvass was a standout glamping experience. The tent was decorated brilliantly and the stove heater was so unique and cozy. The shared bathroom facilities were lovely - fresh towels, clean, heated rooms with locks. Staff were very helpful, providing a demonstration and comprehensive check-in experience. Loved the extra touches such as live music by the fire (with a bar and s’mores). Complimentary hot beverages in the morning or paid barista coffee was an added extra. The only tip would be to take lots of warm clothes for when the fire goes out overnight!

it was a fun experience. first time glamping!
couldnt take food into the tent because it was bear territory. had to park a ways away from our tent and walk our stuff in. staff did offer to take us in with a golf cart however. no breakfast items unless you wanted to pay for it. it would have been nice if they had just a few things like juice, oatmeal or muffins or something. they did have free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider packets. bathrooms were nice but you had to walk to them, about a 2 min walk on a dirt/gravel road. the wood stoves in the tents worked awesome. we stayed nice and toasty and it got down to 42 at night.

I've always wanted to go glamping!!! We loved it for one night. The staff was super friendly and so helpful. They were generous with the battery packs, lamps, etc.
It was way too cold. One had to continually add wood to the fire to keep the tent warm every 2 hours. Also, having to hold the shower handle down to take a shower for some cold water was not cool. I did not take a shower there. Having only cold water in bathroom sink was doable but not nice for the amount we paid. Like I said, it was great experience for one night. We ended up moving next door to the cabins. It has everything for $200. cheaper and you didn't have to get up all night to add wood to the fire.

Great location, amazing views and a great camp. Staff were very friendly and helpful showing us how to use the wood burner and shower etc in the tent. We opted for the tent with private toilet and shower which was great. Camp area itself was very cool with seating around the fires at night and live music. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful location on a ranch. The canvas tents and bath house were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy. There seem to be lots of opportunities do things on site that we did not take advantage of.
Signage is difficult to see in the dark. The wood stove was a little tricky, but we got the hand of it the second night.
