We had an unforeseen personal problem that required changing the reservation. The front desk person (Calli) was exceptional in helping us solving the situation and providing a convenient solution to our entire satisfaction. The treatment was very friendly and highly professional with no excuses and completely satisfying responses in a short time. She even took time to help us extending the sofa bed and setting the heater. Above and beyond excellency. Clean facility, well equipped rooms. A completely pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent! There were a number of breakfast and beverage options. The food was fresh and well prepared. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.

There was a light above/behind the headboard and we were unable to figure out how to turn it off so we were kept awake the first night of our stay by this light. The next morning, we asked about it at the front desk and learned where the light switch was located, which wasn’t easily found. It would have been helpful if there was a note with instructions for locating the off/on switch for the headboard lamp. Additionally, the doors going into the guests rooms are very large and heavy. This contributed to what sounded like the slamming of doors as guests entered or left their rooms, even though this probably wasn’t their intent. We were awakened a number of times both at night and early in the morning as other guests were coming and going.

They were very enjoyable.....a very good variety to choose from. And, fresh too.

The bathtub in our room was very slippery when wet. It appeared to have "non-skid" patches on the surface of the tub, but, they appeared to have been covered over with a clear gelcoat material. The desk did supply a regular bathtub/shower mat, which did eliminate the "slippery surface" feel.

Clean, spacious rooms, indoor pool and good breakfast , friendly staff.

Our key cards kept on not working 3x and inconvenienced when elevator shut down. It would be good if King room had a pull out sofa sleeper vs chaise. And why is there no phones in room to contact front desk?

We had a rely pleasure to stay in the hotel. Room was clean and bed changed daily. Good breakfast. Stuff in the breakfast area are really polite and help you without having trouble. I highly recommend this place and will come back definitely.

One thing I didn't like that laundry was out of service and I couldn't wash my kids dirty clothes after the snow day.

Nice hotel close to courthouse.

Someone tried to come into my room overnight, which was worrisome. They had a working key.

Service was excellent and Breakfast was very complete, warm, clean and well attended by kitchen worker. Excellent service for the entire family. My kids look forward to staying here again. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was excellent.

My kids were excited about taking an evening swim at the pool, we had never used a holiday inn hotel pool before. We were very disappointed as the water was super cold and super murky we were grossed out and hot tub was out. My son was looking forward to swimming both days, but we couldn't go back the second night, too disgusting.

We travel with a 6-7# Pomeranian. We feel that the $40 pet fee is over the top. Many high-end hotels haven’t charged us an extra fee at all for our Miss Maddie. She travels with her own bed and is 100% house-broken. She’s never left alone in our hotel rooms. We always leave our hotel rooms the way we found it.

The fitness area is way too small. I'd say it is better not to have anything that something this limited. Also, it would be good if the breakfast did not result in so much material (single use cups, plates, forks, etc.) being trashed.
