This place was very cozy and beyond reasonable. I liked that checkout is at 12 and I didn't feel like I had to rush out. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

I wish there was more to do in the area, as it was a little off the path and there was not much going on.

Comfy king size bed! Spacious room, good price, and near a wedding venue we were going to. Also, conveniently located walking distance to a bagel shop, Greek restaurant, and a nice Italian restaurant. Nice that they had a fridge in the room, and a comfy chair to sit in. We appreciated the table lights and standing lamp for a nicer ambiance than overhead lighting. There is a microwave available for use in an old breakfast room near the entrance lobby.

Too bad they didn’t provide coffee in the morning. There is a coffee maker in the room but it is really weak and they only provide a packet of non dairy creamer. Yuk. They have what was once a breakfast room, but now it is just empty, with a toaster and microwave for you to use.

Good value. Quiet area, easy to access freeways and restaurants.Beds were comfortable. I had a good stay with no issues. Would stay again for the area is really nice.

Room was outdated. The property was super clean, but it seemed like the owners were going out of their way to not make upgrades or keep up basic maintenance like painting walls, or replacing fixtures furnitures. Saw some rooms getting updated, maybe ours was on the back of the list.

Good value for the price. Room was big and relatively comfortable. The place has a lot of history. A few restaurants and attractions nearby. Close to highways.

Hotel is a bit run-down. Carpet and furniture are dated. Fitness room is non functional. No elevator, just narrow staircases to bring luggage to 2nd floor. Just a place to sleep.

The desk operator was very accommodating and very informative. He also informed us of several locations in the area that we could visit while we were here. And he also was looking out for my car in the parking lot to make sure that nothing was happening to it, which to me shows he went above and beyond for me. I wish I had employees like him helping me increase and keeping my business open

The parking lot by my room is TOO small.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The ac worked well despite high outdoor temperatures and the shower was great. The room has a high quality iron/ironing board, which we needed for the wedding we were attending. There is also a good size fridge and a small coffee pot. The plaza across the street has an excellent bagel shop and a full grocery store. The basement sauna was a nice surprise.

The place could use some paint and a some updating. The basement gym is large but there were no free weights, just an old universal machine that did not work. I did not try the cardio machines. I read that some guests were upset that there was no breakfast. Our reservation clearly said that breakfast was not provided, but the lit up breakfast sign in the lobby surely confuses people and it should really be taken down.

The East Norwich Inn is an excellent choice for the budget traveler visiting the area. Quiet, clean comfortable rooms, a little quirky. Common halls could use some updating but, rooms are fine. A much better option than the similarly - priced chains.

This time they were extremely busy so, our 3PM check in got bumped to closer to 6:30. I could tell they needed time and we were starving so we opted to go eat and pop in on relatives. When we returned it looked like our room was the last one cleaning staff still needed to finish before they could call it a night. If I was a different kind of person I might have been a cranky SOB but, I work for a living too.

The rooms were old but spacious. The room offered very good value for the price. The location was super awesome with beach 5miles away. I would like everyone thinking of staying 25 miles from time squres in new jercy to stay here instead. It is much better location and one can easily reach time square within 35 minutes and room rent is much cheaper. The food nearby is very cheap as well. A big lobby were you can do your work and free parking is availble.

There was no microwave in the room but that's ok as there was one in the lobby.

Great location. Bagels, deli, fine dining and full grocery store right next to the hotel! Staff was nice. Price was nice. It was clean and safe. No bedbugs or bugs of any kind. Other guests were good and the quiet room I asked for was absolutely silent. No loud people waking me up whatsoever. Got great rest here.

Thinking hard about this. It is a little dated but that’s not actually a problem. That’s what keeps the price good. So just overlook your interior decorating demands and take the hundreds you save and go out for a nice meal.

There are only vending machines. The Breakfast Cafe closed during the Pandemic and never reopened. There is a nice bagel shop across the street and a bakery just down from the Inn, on the same side as the exit.

The day reservation clerk was not as friendly as the night/regular reservation clerk. The regular reservation clerk is older, and he has been with the Inn a long time. He may even be the owner.
