Everything! was a fantastic hotel, clean,rooms were nice, staff were friendly, price was awesome, definitely recommend this hotel! would definitely book this hotel again!

Very friendly workers. If we need something for the room they would bring it right to us. Very quiet people weren’t real loud so we got sleep. Liked the set up in the room very roomy and large room.

The long walk to room next time I will ask for a room closer to elevator we are in are seventies so it was a long walk for us. Long walk to get ice just having ice machine on first floor. Would be nice on each floor.

The staff was friendly. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices.

The room was very clean but generally very old in furnishings and materials. The tv didn’t work and I was awakened by the lights off several police cars with some sort of police activity outside my window in the front of the building.

The bed was very comfy. The room was clean and had a lot is space in it. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The remote control would not change the television station. We got another one from the front desk and it did not work at all. It was late so we did not go back downstairs for a second time. We settled with watching what was on the television.

The guest reception and receptionist on Thursday October 13th at 5 PM was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me, was very pleasant. The guest services also sent to my room a large comfortable duvet blanket immediately upon my request. The main receptionist guided me to local Chick Filet upon my request that was close by so I could grab an easy dinner. The location of the hotel was literally less than a mile to my one day conference on Meridian Parkway the next day. The king size bed was very comfortable and I loved all the desk space. Everything worked well. I love the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room, too, so I could keep my snacks and drinks cold for my long drive home.

The room has a loud HVAC all in one unit in the room which I got used to but that was running all night long to keep the room a constant cozy temperature.

Location to airport and room space with desk to do computer homework on and eat.

The pool took forever to open in the day. Didn’t open tell after noon one day due to the cleaning machine cleaning it but as we could see it was done and in one spot for over an hour. Kinda disappointing for the kids.

Nice, helpful staff, spacious layout, and the pool was a big plus for the 4-year-old in our family traveling group of 7. While the site was just off the highway, it was very quiet.

Overall lack of attention to details: We had teabags in our room but no cups to make tea in, nor even a plastic cup in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer in our bathroom, just a jagged piece of metal on the wall where a hair dryer must have been mounted. The room keys were dysfunctional. When I couldn't get back in our room with either key after breakfast, I took the keys back to the desk. The friendly woman there rekeyed for me and then insisted accompanying me to my room. It took her 10 tries to get me back in.

I love the staff they were very accommodating. In a great central location around great restaurants and stores.

The carpet had a smell in the stairwell. However they are definitely trying to make improvements but of course that takes time.

Breakfast was great. Daytime front desk was awesome. Nighttime staff not friendly.

3rd floor very very noisy. Crying babies loud voices. Room not very clean. I found a roach when leaving. Pool was beautiful but very cold. I couldn’t understand that when it’s been in the high 80-90 range.

Breakfast was okay. Parking plentiful , Restaurants, close by. Pool was not open yet. Rained all weekend anyway. Nikki was great at check in.

Some rooms don't have microwaves. Had switch rooms. They have a $80 dollar security deposit. Which kinda ridiculous to be that much.
