Updated room. Extremely comfortable bed. Great pool.

The young couple who own the motel are very nice. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier with the older couple and they seemed to take offense. That was stressful. I really wish that the pool stayed open later than 8 PM in the summer. It was still light and very hot when we had to get out. That was a big disappointment since we were only there for one night and had spent the extra money to be at a place with a pool.

Clean and comfortable room. We were able to park right in front of our door, which made loading and unloading a breeze. The location is very central. Communication with the property beforehand was also easy.

We booked a suite so we would have a separate space for our baby to sleep. However, there was no door between the bedroom space and the living space, which meant we still needed to keep the whole unit dark and quiet while she slept.

Room was very comfortable, clean and recently updated. Great bed, slept very well that night. Property was quiet and located perfectly for our needs. Front desk person was very friendly and kind. No breakfast or ice machine, as advertised, no surprises though, as that was communicated by the motel. Nice soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Comfortable, exceptionally clean and excellent value for the money. Room / building was recently and tastefully renovated. White linens and bedding were clean, comfortable and plentiful. Slept well. Difficult to find lodging that doesn’t have animal smells lingering behind so I loved that the room we booked was not pet friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was helpful and went to great lengths to accommodate us. We had a medical issue that got us arriving in Ashland late into the night, past office hours. We communicated with the property and they worked with us. Quiet place. Also loved that it’s next to one of my favorite breakfast places. Just a short walk. I always eat here when in Ashland.

The location was excellent ellent especially if you need to access SOU. The pricecwas right ... very economical in expensive Ashland . The staff was helpful and accommodations and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable...

The room was quite small and cramped. Ok for my friend and me but if you like to spread out ... it might be difficult.

We checked in late and checked out late; the office manager was very accommodating. I loved the location as it is located right across from SOU and within walking distance to coffee shop, food and 7-11. Morning Glory restaurant is right next door. Lots of storage spaces available for your luggage, bags, etc. I loved the cleanliness and window shades. The outside looks deceiving.

I don't think our wall unit (AC/heater) was working correctly...it seemed as if the heating element was a bit off but it wasn't enough to complain about since the cool weather didn't kick in until we departed. I think bigger bath towels would be great and a few extra hooks in the bathroom to hang a robe/clothes. A small shelf above the mini fridge/microwave would be helpful as well.

The bedding was comfortable, the pool was clean, the location, and AC worked well.

No ice machine, the lighting in the room was inadequate (bring a flashlight), the one chair in the room was not comfortable, there was a refrigerator, microwave, and single cup coffee maker but not enough surface area to use as a workspace. The bathroom also lacked surface area to spread out your toiletries.

The room was nicely put together and the couple who run the place are very nice and accommodating. The mini fridge has a real freezer, and the pool was super clean. Nice little breakfast\lunch cafe next door, coffee shop and 7-Eleven in very close proximity as well. I will totally stay here again.

There didn't seem to be an ice machine, but it wasn't a big deal to me.

Everything was new. Beautiful floors, bathroom, window coverings and the best bed linens I have ever slept in.

I would have liked an earlier check-in time, but I can understand why, during the off season, with one person doing everything, that this might be necessary.
