I had no issues with the staff .it was a difficult and different check in I wasn’t paying they accommodated my sister ion well .And wis going to refund one day for a mistake they made !

I could do with out a tub but I’m sure if I would have axle they would have made arrangements for a walk in shower !! But didn’t want to change rooms !

As EV vehicles have become more expanded in the US, many hotels have accepted this and stepped up with their hotel parking now having available charging stations, and/or electric service to permit guest charging of their EV autos. The ES hotel in Plymouth Meeting PA. did not have charging or electric service available for self-charging of EV autos.

Bed comfy, good size room, location where we needed it, easy check-in / check-out. Nice room temp comfort with this nasty cold weather. Looked clean throughout.

Advertised breakfast included --- you shouldn't advertise breakfast --- it's not; coffee & lite commercially packaged snack at best. (that's not breakfast in any way, shape, or form) No ice, unless we made it in the fridge freezer. Tub/shower needs revamped, in need of update. Wish we would've had more plastic glasses in roomn not just BR.

your description of breakfast included was kind of misleading, it should read "breakfast bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee included", because it is anything but a real breakfast, not even dry cereal and milk, or bananas( the cheapes fruit you can get).

Great price, great location, large room size, small kitchenette is very convenient, the room was clean, the tv was old and rooms are a little outdated, but for that price it is definitely worth it.

The bed mattress and comforter could have been more comfortable but it got the job done for a few night's stay on a budget. Not bad at all. The breakfast offered however is basically just coffee and some fresh bananas and granola bars & muffins. Not really a breakfast, but the hotel is directly across a Dunkin Donuts so breakfast didn't matter. I recommend it.

Great location & the kitchenette was helpful, especially the full-size fridge, since we were traveling for Thanksgiving & had pies to keep cold. Staff was masked during Covid variant month. I'm sure it was a challenging time for them, and they were responsive when we needed kitchen items.

Entry area wasn't clean on arrival, especially one of the main floor rest rooms. Seemed like more than usual number of extended stay guests & it felt somewhat "lived in." Cooking odors, full cigarette receptacles outside & trash cans in lobby. Staff did their best, and it was cleaned up during our stay.

I enjoyed the quiet and friendly environment. The room was clean and very comfortable. At check-in, the representative on duty was very professional and treated us with respect . He provided excellent customer service. I will definitely stay again!

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!

great location near my siblings house. very convenient early check in overall was not disappointed in my experience staying at the hotel.

maybe some more products for the shower also a bigger tv & did not have the supplies for the small kitchen

Better than expected. I don't understand why people have reviewed it poorly in the past. It was a small room, bare bones, but that's all I needed and this was the perfect price and location. The bed was comfortable and much better than others at this price point.
