The hotel itself is so beautiful and around so many shops, food places and just the right amount of distance from the beach. The breakfast was amazing and for it being busy the food seemed to always be stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

As far as cleanliness of the hotel I will admit it wasn't really clean. I found hair in the shower, on one of the the outlets in the bathroom, a random red marking on the wall in the bathrrom, the throw pillow in the living room area was also stained and also our bed sheets were stained. I got new linen from housekeeping when I saw them but it really surprised me considering this is a branch of the the Hilton. I do understand though that housekeeping only hase so much time to clean rooms so grace has be to be given

The room was okay. The lobby was clean. Fresh smell.

Went out the next morning. Came back after 2PM too allow time to have the room serviced. No one had been to the room May have been short staffed. The breakfast could have been better. Most things were cold. Also the curtains do not close. Should allow blackout curtains.

I really like that they used to change breakfast every day and it was so good, my family and I enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

I did not like that the front desk person was a litlle bit rude.

It smells so nice as soon as you walk into the lobby. Always clean. I really like staying at your hotel

The welcome that awaited us in our room was a very nice touch. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Traveled with a 93 year old and whenever we passed through the lobby, if they weren't busy, the front desk staff took the time to greet us and Kim even helped her outside to get in the car. Forgot the gentleman's name but he patiently answered all of my questions when we arrived and was very informative. It was a very enjoyable stay.

wheelchair was immediately provided when we arrived. The room was huge and clean. The staff installed a shower bench for my husband since it was not a handicapped accessible room. The breakfast bar was the best that we have ever had! On Wednesday (we came back from Wilmington and spent one more night before heading back to NY, there was an evening snack and wine and beer reception. That was very good and the woman heading that was wonderful!

Me, my husband and our little dog spent the weekend here and it was wonderful, the best point is that it is a pet friendly hotel, the staff are all very polite and helped us with everything, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast and very varied, the rooms are organized, the entire hotel area is clean, the smell is wonderful, the location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and only 13 minutes from the beach, being in a place where you feel good and your pet is also the better ! We will be there soon for Christmas!!

I didn't really enjoy the breakfast I chose to sleep in. The location of the hotel was great...Directly across from the mall and plenty of stores near by

There wasn't too much that could ne been done I love the hotel brand as a whole. The roo.s could have darker shades as u work over night and sleep during the day dibt lije the streaks of sunshine coming through.

Clean and smelled amazing. I enjoyed walking through the cooled hallways. Usually these areas are air conditioned. I really enjoyed my stay. However, I did not enjoy the pool side area because obviously smoking is allowed in the area. There were cigarette butts in the patio and a lady who was smoking which cut my enjoyment in that area very short.

We enjoyed the space and the kichenet was a bonus that we would have prepared for had we known it was so nice. I loved the artwork, design, smell and very helpful staff. We talked to so many staff members and they were absolutely great! Thanks so much and this Holtel will be our 1st choice. The location was also great despite not on the beach.

I loved that the mall was right behind us. I loved the room we stayed it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will be staying with y’all when I go to the beach again. I enjoyed my stay because of the comfort and the conscience of where the hotel was. Thankyou.
