The staff were very very friendly! The property was nicely located. The bed were so comfortable and the linens so soft.

My only complaint was lack of tread on the floor of the bathtub, was a big thing with small kids and I have a bad foot. As well as the limited breakfast options but that was not necessarily a problem. And the fact there was one ice maker on the main floor in a 3 floor hotel was inconvenient. But again not a deal breaker.

Nice easy booking in with a girl who was new to the job. Our room was just as we expected, nice & clean, suitably stocked with towels etc. Bathroom was nice & clean. The view from our room was looking towards the Waffle House which made me hungry :-) Sadly the pool was covered over as we missed the "summer season" by a week I think. For two of our evening meal`s we ate at the Logan`s Roadhouse which was about a 10 minute walk up the road. Both times we ate there the food was luke warm on arrival & quite expensive for what it was. The first night there I had the idea of walking through the wooded area that backs onto the hotel, bad move. It looked like people were living in there. The other two nights we ate at Cracker Barrel straight over the parking lot past the Waffle House. The food was much hotter and we sat outside afterwards in the rocking chairs for at least 45 minutes. One of the owners came out to speak to us to see if we enjoyed our meal etc. She was lovely to talk to and even sent out one of her staff to guide us on things to visit etc. All in all we had a great stay, this location was perfect for visiting Ruby Fall`s, Lookout Mountain, Rock City Gardens and Chattanooga Station was only a 10 minute drive away at night. a GREAT morning out was with the DUCK TOUR on the river in a WW2 DUKW, a six wheel truck that is a boat. This was our favourite excursion in which we both got to drive the boat. The location for us was perfect and really easy to find. We didn`t see any undesirables in the parking lot or any drug use etc.

The pool was not clean that was the only thing that was upsetting. The pictures were misleading. Showed pool with Mt. Views. The view is great but we hoped to swim in pool but it looks like it needs to be drained and repainted or painted. Literally that is the only grievance.

Staff was chill and there a waffle house across the parking lot

There wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room. Also double check to make sure your door actually shuts when you leave cause mine was opening if I pushed it a little. It stayed shut after I made sure to push it in and check to see if I could open it.

Staff was friendly. The waffle breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. Housekeeping was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean, but the carpet definitely could be updated.

The hallway carpeting and the carpeting in the rooms were stinky and looked very old.

Everything was as expectexd, room, beds. Also, more importantly breakfast was very good. We had everything for breakfast. Our kids loved it. We would like thank Susane who was very polite and positive when we arrived at or around 12 midnight. We are very gratefull. Thanks a lot, Susane.

Very friendly staff, nice bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and hand-wash as refill on walls = great for environment. Breakfast was okay, with lots to choose from including fruit.

Rooms are updated and very clean. Breakfast is included, and the price was very reasonable.

There was very little space in the breakfast area to sit.

20 minutes to downtown. Property was clean. Water pressure was nice and the water was hot. Bed clean and comfy. Check in was a breeze.
