I loved the staff at front desk. It had a peaceful overlook sitting outside of my room. Wildlife nearby which I never see the same type as at home several raccoons that frequent there.

I did not like that there were no chairs in the room to sit in or even a small sofa. There was no grab bar getting into the shower . I felt very unsafe as I had a knee replacement awhilback and still hard to bend without holding on to something. But really would have not had to just sit on the bed and have no furniture. Those are the main items. Outside lawn 2 chairs were the cheap plastic Walmart type small square plastic table. Not comfortable.

Location was great. Had a traffic light for easy access to main road. The rooms were better than expected. Really nice that it had two rooms together with the bath in the middle. All the extras were a pleasant surprise. It had a small stream that run along the back of the property, and they had chairs sit out to enjoy the peace and quite. Overall for the price, location, and cleanliness was more than expected! I will certainly stay there again when I take another family vacation to Tennessee. Staff was extra nice too.

The only negative was the covers should have been upgraded some time back (small burn hole in the blanket).

The area was nice. And conveniently close to everything. Very nice and clean the outside of the property.

Well, we have a bit of inconvenience because the sink in the room will not drain, and that is one of my things. The shower and sink most drain good I will not shower where the water will stand. Other than that, it is good like it very much. And the lady was so nice and gave us another room. And I think when the cleaning person will clean after every customer they will know the room need maintenance. Once againg the desk person was very nice to accommodate.

Location was great for us. We had tournaments at the convention. It was maybe 4 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. I liked the fact the 2 queen beds were separated by the bathroom. Didn't swim, but pool looked clean and clear. On the strip, but didn't feel it was too loud. Staff were nice. I feel the price was fair.

Some parts of the room were outdated. Paint missing, floors a little messed up. The shower was stained. There were raccoons out back. Which were neat to encounter. But you couldn't sit outside and enjoy the outdoors without 5-10 coming up to you looking for food. Some were a little hostile. I would be careful with small children. The beds were comfortable but there were burn holes in the blanket we used. As if a cigarette smoker had used them before and burnt them. The room when we first walked in did smell slightly of smoke. I'm not sure if it was a previous smoker there or coming from another room.

The room was the best. We got a queen room so it was basically two rooms with a bathroom in the middle. Kids had their space and we had ours with a tv in each space. We had a balcony on our side that overlooks a creek. It’s an older facility but everything was clean. Facility was quiet and we felt safe to staying there. We actually booked for a second night.

No complaints.

excellent location and convenience to convention center; bed was comfortable and added table & chairs a plus in the room. Overall amenities in the room were comfortable and good value for price.

Lighting was poor in relationship to mirrors within the room and/or bathroom - difficult to apply makeup with too many dark areas or shadows. Wall heater ran either too hot or too cold and was difficult to set accurately.

Hotel was very quiet at night, which was awesome compared to a lot of places we've stayed. Staff was very friendly and room was clean.

We had an issue with one of our AC units not working properly leaving our room pretty hot on the first night. But once it started working, everything was great.

Great location. Wonderful staff. We have stayed here before and will stay again. My daughter and her 8 year old son were with us. The divided rooms were wonderful because we went to bed while they remained awake for a while longer.

The last time we stayed, I went to a room where you could sit and watch traffic, but this time it was locked.😞😞 Other than that, everything was great!

The Staff was great and very friendly and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved how they have separate bedrooms in one room. They didn’t have maid service come in to the rooms but that was alright with us because we like to keep our room the way we want while we are there, but the maids were very good at coming to our room every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. They have a grab and go breakfast which we were fine with because we had our own breakfast in our room or we went out to breakfast, but their apple juice, OJ and coffee is pretty delicious.It was our first time at this hotel and it was a great experience and we are definitely going to stay here again on our next trip.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like it was a great place to stay.

Room setup was nice and it was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was clean and had good lighting. Friendly staff. Close to Convention Center and lot's of activities Good view of river & golf course.

Guy using leaf blower in parking lot before 8am. Would have preferred to have slept late. Better chairs for balcony to enjoy the river and wildlife.
