We spent a terrific 28 days in this suites hotel. The reception staff of Muge, Amber, and Matthew were amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Unlimited free coffee, free laundry, and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a hotel made for an exceptional stay. The location of the hotel between the Arboretum (walking distance) and The Domain (a very short drive) made it extremely convenient for finding good restaurants and fun activities. We will happily return again in the future.

Convenient location, ample kitchenette with large refrigerator, This is a good place to stay for multiple days, especially if you want to stock up the kitchen while you're there. Decent fitness center.

Stainless steel kitchen pots are only good for boiling water or making soup. If you want to make eggs for breakfast you'll need to bring your own pan. Also, the gap around the room door is huge, which means you hear everything out in the hall which isn't great if you're a light sleeper.

Excellent location and fantastic value. The first room we were given was overgrown with mold from the A/C unit up the wall and onto the ceiling. The kind lady at the front desk moved us to a different room but the battery in the card key pad was dead, so she moved us to a 3rd room that was perfect- clean and comfortable. Because of the value, location, and customer service, this property will be our first choice when visiting Austin

The first room we were given was not habitable due to mold.

Everything was according to what I saw on the website when booking. The room is large; made of a living room with a kitchen corner fully equipped (such that you can have prepared your breakfast or even more sophisticated meal) and a separate bedroom. Easy to access with a large parking lot. Additional laundry and even a physical training room.

Everything was clean. Had all amenities. Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, multiple towels, you name it.

I think it could be a bit cheaper. These kind of accommodations of this standard are quite cheap in Europe where I stay. Maybe because it was f1 weekend so prices went up as I booked on the weekend after I landed

It is located near several highways so you can get anywhere. The room was very big. The kitchenette was fine with a big fridge.

I don't have any big complaints.

Location and the staff was awesome! Convenience in getting around the space. Cozy and able to relax after a long day.

The sink was leaking. Wasn't able to get my usual room due to leaks below. I mean nothing else really. It was overall a good stay.

This location suits all of my needs for visiting family and friends.

The shower is not great; variable water temperature made it a bit of a game of chance each morning

Easy in and out. Clean. Very accommodating staff even in their training process. Great communication from what experienced between managers and trainees!

That my stay was over and I had to leave.

I love how it’s tucked away a little bit the room is spacious Romy. They had free popcorn. I really felt comfortable there.
