Good selections of breakfast items, clean, The room was clean and comfortable.

We spent Saturday night to attend a 12:00 noon football game at NRG stadium which is within walking distance. In past years we have stayed at many different hotels in the area and they have always provided parking for our vehicle free of charge until after the game is over on Sunday around 3:00 pm. This hotel charged an additional $40 in cash for us to leave our vehicle in their lot until the game was over.

It was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping . Good breakfast and 24/7 availability of tea/coffee both at the lobby and in the room. Grocery, restaurant and other required shops are available close to the hotel in 5 minutes walk. Staffs were very welcoming and supportive specially Ramya at the reception was incredibly efficient and courteous providing all required information and fast check in. overall it’s a good value for money. Certainly I would love to stay here again.

Hotel could keep a staff at the entrance to assist in carrying luggage during checking in and out.

Breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and big , location is perfect, we went for a concert in Toyota Center, so very easy in and out for most of the Houston attractions we were looking for.

I arrived early , and advised but they did not let me make an early check in, at check out time, my reservation said 12, the lady in the front desk said it was before 11.. I was a little dissappointed, we ended up leaving early anyway. I guess it will be best service more flexibility in the check in

The shuttle to the hospital should have better availability or allow personal scheduled times to fit the needs of the guests medical appointments. The shuttle also should be cleaned out after each trip. We were there 4 days and took the shuttle 3 of those days and saw the same garbage and used coffee cup every time we rode in there.

Affordable price compared to other hotel and with free breakfast. Close to nrg stadium where the events took place. There is also jack in the box and some diner near if you like to eat out. Breakfast is good especially the pancake. Clean room and spacious.

The hygienic products are small so if you gonna stay here for long bring hygienic supplies like shampoo & soap.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the options that were available. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location to was very convenient as there were lots of places for food and shopping within walking distance.

I didn't like that there wasn't a shuttle to the airport. That would have been really great!

After checking out, we found out that we were going to be needing a room again in 3 weeks. I went online to book another room at the same hotel but for unknown reason the price of the room had doubled to $230. I can't afford that so I guess I will have to look elsewhere..

Pool was shit down, but this was not lnown prior to booking. Parking lot was in the back which bordered shopping and fast food locations, plus an empty parking lot for the stadium. No incidents, but there was a lot of activity there, so it felt risky for my vehicle.

The hotel was very clean and nice! Everything has been kept up good!

There was lots of broken glass in the parking lot. It was from car windows being broken. I was very worried about our car getting broken into. Someone needed to sweep up the glass too.

The room and hotel were clean. The staff is professional. The staff was friendly. I loved the breakfast. There was variety. Remember, this is not the Hyatt, yet EVERYTHING was fresh, area was clean and staff was friendly. She made my morning! I will definitely stay again.

I didn't like that I am a rewards member and he said that I had to pay extra for late check out. It is usually a perk for being a member. I was going to try to take a nap before I left for an extra hour or so. It was Christmas Day. I hot there late the night before and wanted to run to early church service. Anyway, I just left at checkout time. The guy was professional and not rude. He was definitely clear that if I wanted late checkout, I had to pay for it. That's all... I will stay again.
