I liked how bright and open the lobby for this hotel was and how comfortable the sitting and breakfast area was for the guests. I also liked the convenience of the snack bar area and the open coffee bar that were located in the lobby. Everything was really clean and fresh and modern. Very lovely rooms. Mostly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the bedding that is used at this hotel, it was all very welcomed. Wow! Such modern looking rooms and even a guest friendly thermostat not located on the actual heating and ac unit! Hampton Suiites has outdone themselves for the affordable pricing and convenience of their hotel locations wherever I may want to go and stay!

Staff members could be just a little more friendly

We liked the breakfast because we had choices from cereal to oatmeal to eggs. Everyone could choose what they wanted to eat. Loved the variety! Thank You!

Nothing, Everything was Great!

The hotel is close to the highway but it's so quite there, the room itself was very clean. The stuff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and they serve breakfast, including omelette, sausages, fresh juice which is a great complimentary .

I loved everything about the property I had no problem with the location whatsoever. It was clean and was next to various food locations and shopping stores. The building was well kept as well and the room was even more roomier than me and my significant other expected! Beds were super comfy as well!!

I didn’t like that it was by the highway but overall there’s nothing wrong with that kind of thing! The only bad thing I had experienced with the property was the front desk as soon as we arrived. She seemed very rude and hateful when we were speaking to her and didn’t feel welcoming at all.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, room was clean and spacious. Nancy in the breakfast area was lovely and friendly and Jose on reception was lovely to talk to

The hot tub was not working. There were roaches at the pool. The breakfast was horrible.

someone from off the street was able to come in the building, and they Disturb, my morning by kept beating on my doors even after I answered the door and let them know they had the wrong door

The front desk lady was very friendly. Told us to have a good evening when we left for dinner and welcomed us back when we returned. The rooms are extremely nice as well as the bathroom. The entire place was clean and smelled fresh. We would definitely stay here again. It is right next door to SweetGrass Steak House. We highly recommend eating there as well. You don't even have to drive to the location.

The location isn't bad it's just a little difficult and confusing to get to. Nothing bad but want to warn others...the doors to the rooms are very heavy and close VERY loudly. Other than that there is no noise problem.

comfort place to stay and relax

we asked to have housekeeping and they declined stating that the housekeeping can be only scheduled if we made the request before 10 in the morning. which we as a guest went to the reception and brought some towels and toilet papers.

They can’t help it but I did not sleep good usually I always do. This is my favorite hotel I only stay here but this time I had a kid above me and they stomped all night all morning it was terrible 🥲 I will always ask to stay on top floor for now on it’s always clean staffs always sweet
