We love that this property has rooms with wood floors instead of carpet. The rooms also were spacious and the breakfast was good and plenty.

The staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt bad for the breakfast crew struggling with keeping everything stocked. The breakfast was out of forks, then tortillas, then bagels and it took a while to things restocked. I also mentioned to the front desk that there was some trash that had been left by the elevators on one of the floors and it was still there 2 hours later, even though several cleaning crews had walked right past it. Lastly, though we appreciated the wood floors, they felt a bit dusty when playing with my small child and the pillows were the weird kind that’s fluffy but deflated and feels hard when you actually lay on them.

Every. Thing!! For this trip we originally booked a different hotel. Upon getting into that room, it was a horrible experience after having a 3 hr drive turn into 7 hrs due to dead stop traffic from a fatality car accident. We checked in and right back out. I immediately jumped on booking.com to see if Hyatt Place had open reservation & they did! I booked right away & was successfully able to check in at the hotel 17 minutes later. We love this hotel & will be back in a few weeks for our next family getaway. Highly recommend this location. The staff is diligent & respectful. Husband is obsessed with their variety of breakfast options & even more so the bar option for night time after we take the kids to get ice cream, we're able to grab an adult beverage & head back upstairs. My kids love that we are usually on the higher floors, so they get a good view on top of being able to use the elevator & push the buttons. I also love that they provide towels near the pool. 10/10 recommend this Hyatt.

Absolutely nothing.

The bed was so comfortable, and we loved the full breakfast served each day. The room was really clean and spacious, too. Nice large television.

Location too close to freeway, we could hear the noisy traffic speeding by. We did not like the soft water in the bathroom. It felt like you never rinsed your shampoo or soap off your skin. No microwave in rooms. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. I always greeted them first with a hello or good morning. 🫤

The staff from the desk clerk to the cooks was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning personnel are on top of their job the facility inside and out was clean. The food each morning was great, this is one of the best places I stayed at in a while. There were 6 of us that stayed for 4 days, no complaints at all. When my family and I head back to San Antonio would definitely be staying here again

I don't have anything I didn't like about it.

The room was comfortable. I really like the king bed and the pullout bed combination. The bed sheets and comforter were comfortable. It’s nice to have a couch with the TV in front of it. I love that we could buy Starbucks at a great price downstairs and the people were friendly great location.

The shower pressure was almost nonexistent, and the pool was freezing, not swimmable

Everything about this facility was phenomenal. We stayed for 2 nights(thurs-Sat) in a king room with a sofa bed, which my 6 yr old was absolutely ecstatic about. Our AC was set to 69 when we arrived, so we arrived in a cold room, which is exactly how we like it. The TV swivels between the bed area and the couch area. Bring a laptop if you have kids that will be sleeping on the sofa bed as the TV is right in the middle of the 2. The bathroom was spotless. No stains or anything that raised concerns anywhere in the room. I worked remote Friday morning and had no issues with the WiFi. I was able to enjoy the great hotel breakfast while I worked as well. Hotel staff was very tentative and friendly. Will book this hotel in the future for our visits to San Antonio.

My main ick was other loud guests sitting in the lobby cutting up. But this is out of the facilities' control. I'm all for a good time, but I also feel ppl should be considerate. The room also did NOT have a microwave. There is definitely room for one to be added, so I would suggest considering adding them to the rooms.

This location is safe and the staff is very professional and accommodating. Cassandra remembered my family and I from last month when we were here for a week due to my daughter’s surgery. This most recent trip was a last minute stay on our way through San Antonio. It was a no brained staying here. We will be staying here from now on. By the way, breakfast is always exceptional!

I liked the friendliness of every staff member, the spacious rooms and the extra clean hotel. I always feel that hotels don’t clean in spaces where people don’t really see, but this hotel was extra clean and it made me feel more comfortable. We had a family trip and booked several rooms so the front staff were nice to put us all in the same floor. Everything about our stay was great!

What could improve is more choices for breakfast.

Great staff, clean room and we needed a extra blanket no hesitation. The free breakfast for everyone. Great location about 15 mins from Fiesta Texas wasn't a long drive for us after a long day of fun.

I booked online with booking. Com but no where did it say the pool was closed an one of the main reasons i booked here was for the pool.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its location – close to the SA airport with easy access to the highway leading to Austin. The room was clean, quite, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious providing a decent diversity of food. I definitely recommend this place for future travelers!
