The breakfast was good....good workout room....indoor pool/spa. The room was fine for our use...slightly larger than a typical hotel room. Service was excellent ...from both the cleaning staff and front desk personnel.

The only complaint we had was the toilet was very low compared to other hotels. This may have been in just the room we stayed in....looked to be a children's size toilet ...about 14" to the seat. Otherwise we liked the hotel and location. We will stay there again...but will first check to see if the bathroom are all the same (with the exception of handicap) before booking again. I have stayed at other Springhill Suites on the east coast...never had this issue.

We liked the hot breakfast and the hot tub our room was kinda laid out a little unusual the T.V. in a very odd place. Suggestion for that is to wall mount it to the wall right in front of the bed it would work better. Overall the room was cozy clean and roomy! I'll give the room a 9 overall the hot breakfast a 10 it was good and filling. The outside and cleanliness of the hotel both inside and out side is a 10.

The elevator scared me a few times it literally was making weird farting like noises and then it sounded like it was going to break. It was a little slow overall had to wait a long time for the elevator it was annoying. There really wasn't much I didn't like.

The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very great. Location was convenient and rooms were clean.

We were traveling in a group of 4 and deserved a King shite, which stated it slept 4 with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. There was a sofa sleeper; however, I think this was intended more for perhaps a family as opposed 4 adults. The sofa bed was not suited for 2 adults. The room should be advertised as comfortable sleeping for 2 adults and 2 children- and we are not large people 3 females 5’4-5’6 all under 130 lbs and 1 tall 6’3 slender male. The sofa bed was not comfortably large enough for the 2 petite females… requested a cot but were told it could not be provided if sofa bed in use due to fire hazard. Just more accurate description of lodger suitability would have been helpful.

The location and breakfast were good.

The room was not clean during our stay, and I misplaced my hat. No one called to notify me if it was found, though I never informed the hotel staff that I had lost anything. I was charged forty-something dollars during my arrival and I don't know if it has been refunded because I was told they are charged when you come and nothing is destroyed after your stay that it will be refunded.

Our entire party were able to find something to enjoy with the included breakfast. All the staff (at the front desk, the cleaning crew, the maintenance staff, and the kitchen staff) were happy to help immediately with solutions to each question and concern.The included pool and hot tub were constantly available and clean. The little kitchen area was much larger than other hotels and conveniently located in a separate area from the sleeping and bathroom facilities which we really appreciated. We are excited to bring food to grill the next time we come since the grill was also available and clean. The bed that folds out of the sleeper couch was very comfortable and staff was happy to make sure we had additional bedding to easily use for the additional sleeping area.

There were sharp areas in the bottom of the pool that left our feet badly scratched up after our stay. The shared area where we sat for breakfast could use some additional seating because while there were areas where one or two could sit at breakfast, we experienced times when it was difficult to find a seat for our party.

location was perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable. I absolutley loved that there was water in the lobby. I think there were oranges in the water....so refreshing after driving for 5 hours.

darker shades on the window. We ended up at the Emergency room with my step mom and got back to the hotel at 2:45am we pulled the shade and closed the curtain but it was still so bright in the room it was difficult to get to sleep and then when the sun came up it was just as bright. We were hoping to be able to sleep in since we had to drive back to Saint George.

Good breakfast. The room is big enough for a family of four, and we love the sofa bed. What can be wrong with a Marriott hotel? Everything works out. The location is convenient and safe too. There are Costco and groceries nearby.

They charged us high speed internet fee by default somehow, though the staff was helpful, and a refund was issued within one hour.

The breakfast was fine. It had a varied assortment of hot and cold food.

It would have been nice to have an outdoor lounge area that opened up to the indoor pool so that on a warm sunny day you could go outside directly from the pool - ie. sliding doors from the pool. There is an outdoor seating area but no loungers there.

We liked the location of the hotel, it was near to what we were for in SLC.

There were a few problems with invoices. I have been charged twice. And we did have problem connecting to wifi. Also we stayed for 6 days but our room was cleaned just once.

Kids loved the pool. We loved the downtown location.

It was NYE, so there was a lot of noise at night as people were coming home from celebrations. Also, continental breakfast was a mess as everyone was trying to eat at the last minute.
