Was very clean and most of the staff was very friendly but weren't

We order food and it wasn't correct tried to get fix the next day man at bar was yelling at myself my mother in law my auntie chicken who stayed in 201 we asked about a refund on our food he refused the refund told us to speak to manager the next day but we was checking out I spent 20 on 2 creme bulaye got pudding with a strawberry on top we wasn't right my auntie chick in room 201 spent 53 on chicken wing and 2 chicken fried Mac they could eat it because it had no sauce noodle a was nasty. I don't if the problem was yall banquet that the cooking just didn't want to and girl at bar was hateful on Saturday when we picked up our food it took calling like 5 time just to get them to pick up

We loved staying here. The shuttle driver, reception ladies and bartender were all fantastic. Kind and so helpful. The property was super clean and beautiful. The fitness center was great. All the equipment worked and they had a great variety of workout options. Our room had two queen beds. These beds were out of this world. Soooo comfortable! And the pillows were the best. We had such a great night’s sleep. The rain shower and soft huge towels were super. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Very high end products. Starbucks coffee (coffee maker); very cold refrigerator; and great microwave. The huge TV was excellent with so many options: regular TV, streaming channels, local activities and hotel information. The room was quiet. No hallway noise; minimal outside noise considering its proximity to the airport.

My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay here longer.

The concierge was great! The hostess Debra was wonderful and the chef Freddie was superb. Thank you for great hospitality!

When I first arrived at about 11pm at night I was given room 218 the tub was clogged and there was a leak in the room that was coming up from underneath the wood floor. I called concierge in which she apologized and quickly sent security with my new key cards so I could move to room 411. Once in room 411 everything went smoothly.

Location was great, close enough to attractions, i.e. Nauticus Museum, waterside parks, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, n the airport. The hotel lobby offered extras, exceptional food, staff was very friendly n so helpful Gym n pool looked great, was Very clean all over, the room was quiet, very clean, n the bed was very comfy, wonderful light up mirror, will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

Possibly a travel mouthwash in bathroom

The room was neat, bright and comfortable. The staff was professional and cordial.

The shower worked very strangely. Their needed to be another chair in the room. A very loud radio came on at 6am each morning somewhere near my room. The ice machine did not work on the 4th floor.

The location was ideal for my assignment; less than a ten minute commute. Both receptionists during check in and check out were very pleasant and welcoming.

I was not fully satisfied because the towel bar was loose on the wall. Secondly, the security lock on the door was not properly screwed into the wall. Lastly, the parking charge was unexpected since I have lodged at another property within walking distance and have never been charged to park.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was fresh and excellent sleeping.

The staff were very churlish, unfriendly. No smiles no direct eye contact no explanation no greetings. Of the five staff members I encountered during my Tuesdays one with the extra length to make sure that my request for a quiet room was fulfilled, which I very much appreciated.

As soon as we walked in to your hotel, the lady at the desk greeted my husband and myself very graciously. The room was above and beyond my expectation. We had breakfast the next morning and the waitress Lauren absolutely loved her. We plan on coming back there for a few days. We are in the process of looking for rentals. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

I slept great, enjoyed a relaxing shower, and had a minimal commute to my job site. Dinner at the Anchor Bar inside the hotel was convenient and delicious. The crab cake po boy with sweet potato waffle fries was fantastic and highly recommended. The bartender, Tanya(?), was attentive, helpful, and friendly with excellent recommendations. I also was pleasantly surprised with the Starbucks inside too. Made for simple and convenient meal options for my business trip. Oh, and the TV is huge in the king room if that matters to you.

Breakfast prices were a little high even considering inflation. I had the eggs benedict with potatoes, and while it was made to order it wasn't extraordinary and I had a difficult time seeing the value at nearly $16 after tax and before tip. Also, the cobb salad while large in size and generous with toppings missed the mark. I didn't like the chicken and the greens didn't seem crisp and fresh. I didn't spend much time in the room but I had a hard time trying to enjoy a bedtime movie on HBO. The streaming service crashed and also does not resume where you left off so you have to fast forward to get back to what you were viewing.

The breakfast was average and the food was bland. However the amenities were awesome. This hotel had an attached Starbucks. The food location on our floor was convenient and great to have with my kids. The hotel and my room was clean as well. My children enjoyed the pool as well!

The breakfast was expensive.
