Everything was wonderful! We were there on an exceptionally busy weekend! Lots of great families for local college graduations! The bar was slammed with big tables of big and happy families! All the hotel personnel pitched in! When the GM was helping in the bar! The bartender, Amber remembered us from our previous stays! Everything was lovely! We got drinks and a great dinner! So friendly and fun! And our little dog loves it too! Comfy beds! Fridge in the room and coffee pods!

We liked everything and have booked two more stays! Easy access to Town Point Park! Love the festivals!

The room provided plenty of space Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds comfy. Plenty of parking space.

Booked early to be sure that could find a room, but had to change dates twice as plans matured. Although we changed dates by only 1-2 days the rates doubled by the time we booked. Minor issues included poor shower strength, and inconsistent room cleaning. The overall decor of the hotel is somewhat dated but is clean.

It’s beautiful when you walk in very cute decor but smelled musty and was like humid when we got to the 9th floor.. it smelled like muggy kinda in the hallway and a lil in the room but wasn’t unbearable or anything.. the bed was sooo comfy and the room was clean but kinda out dated compared to the lobby and ground floor the view was nice.. the town was pretty cool although we only stayed a night to go hit the casino.. the night attendant was very pleasant and even called to check if we were still coming.. I’m not sure why it was so expensive and why we had to pay for parking.. but overall it was a nice hotel.. and did the job they did allow us a late check out which was also very nice!

Outdated bathroom, strange layout mildew smell

We asked for an additional night and reserved it online. When we asked about staying in the same room, it was granted. However, we had to get new keys, new parking pass, etc. which was fine. However, two maids came to the room asking why we had not checked out. Finally the desk called and asked if we had made a new reservation. We went through it all again. Three interruptions for something that should have been a matter of record.

The location was convenient for us. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. The room was big. Bed was comfy.

The hours posted for the restaurant were different from what they actually stayed open. We felt rushed to leave at 8:45 on a Saturday night. Didn’t get half the food we ordered. Bartender/waitress was rude. Don’t have a pool view like description stated. Instead a grungy looking roof top.

I took a chance on this hotel based on location. I was on the renovated floors previous reviews made me unsure but i was pleasantly surprised.

clean rooms shower was nice even the food at the bar was good. The staff was amazing. They need to update there computer so slow in the wait time to checkin

Breakfast was very good with great fresh food selection. Location was a few miles out of my way but the hotel was worth the drive! Definitely will continue to stay here and refer to others.

I find the parking fee being charged is an excessive rate and unnecessary.

accommodation was good, they passed every day to check if we need extra towels or the room to be cleaned. front desk was very helpful. place is nice very close to downtown.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I don’t understand why I am being charged to park at the hotel. I stayed at the hotel. Felt ridiculous. Two out four elevators were working. Groups of folks waiting to get to their rooms.

Black Tuna Grill is awesome. Ms Reena is one of the best serving boss that l have ever encountered. Her vibe is real and l would stay just to be in her company.

The internet . And tv stop working at 12 midnight and did not work all night and was not working when we checked out
