My father and I loved the location. It was close enough to Disneyland that we could walk there (though we did have a bit of trouble figuring out how to get there the first day). It was also within walking distance of several restaurants, though the one we frequented was Denny's. The front desk were lovely, and the staff working around the time of breakfast were friendly and quick to assist with any questions. I also liked how the car pull-in area was set up; it made it easy for an uber to pick us up and drop us off.

The laundry facilities. At the time of our stay there were only two functioning dryers; one of them another guest warned us that it had a tendency to dry clothing at high setting.

The staff was exceptional. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted and was attended to before the kitchen closed. I arrived a bit later than I expected and was able to have a delicious salad and glass of wine. I would stay at your hotel again if the need arose for me to travel to and from Richmond.

The room was very clean but had a scent of mold. I suffer from allergies and can be sensitive to certain smells.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, quiet AC unit, very friendly staff.

I wish the curtains pulled closed! You can definitely see through the sheer white curtains, felt like I had no privacy! And the light from outside was so bright it was hard to fall asleep.

Cleanliness of the facilities and all of the personnel were very courteous and helpful.

Nice room, comfortable but quite small for the high rate that we paid Ice machine wasn't working on our floor but luckily, the front desk was quick to get ice from the kitchen for us. No vending machines, so purchased a soda from the little shop by the front desk which was $4.00 which is absolutely ridiculous.

We were attending a family wedding at Jasmine Plantation and this place was the closest to the venue. I traveled with my family and were able to accommodate us in 3 king rooms, 1 of them was the suite and it worked out well. We were able to fit 8 people in these 3 rooms.

Everything went well, very accommodating but the night staff are a little too attitude-ish, although helpful but somewhat seem bothered as if a smile would hurt them. It would be nice to encourage the night staff to greet guests with a smile. we traveled for hours and hours and very tired and would love to be greeted with smiles. but overall the stay was wonderful.

I thought I booked a suite which had two separate rooms like I was told but instead it was one big room. The room was good but could use a little renovation, especially in the bathroom.

Very comfortable bed with four different pillow textures. Good coffee, fridge was cold, and had a nice TV.

Didn't like shower head and lower water pressure.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

Warmer food,Hot coffee. Tried to change 15 dollars for my breakfast that was already paid for.

I appreciated the friendly staff and accommodations. I thoroughly enjoyed having a jacuzzi tub in the room as the hotel jacuzzi was not working. Clean and comfortable room.

Attended a wedding - hotel was centrally located to activities.

It would have been nice to have food service over the weekend.
