It's a really nice place to stay but it cost too much for a week cost me 700 and something dollars for one week I remember back in the day motels was like 1200 1300 a month I got fourth stage cancer I struggle like hell my wife and I are homeless now we have no money for nothing nowhere to stay. Because it took every time I had between the motel and a rental car because my car broke down. But like I said it is a really nice place I'll stay there many times in the past I like it

I don't like how it's so expensive anymore I wish they would do two weeks I don't even do about a week unless they do it online

Check in was great- the lady at the front desk even made sure our room was clean and ready when we got there.

The gentleman whose unruly children broke the light in the pool, which got us all kicked out, then the next day, he stood outside running his mouth about it, for hours, like it was their fault, it was annoying.

Warm up the indoor pool for the children. Can the breakfast bar be opened until 11am on the weekends? Please and thank you.

The house keeper just come in your room in the morning without knocking just because you on the list for check out. They come in the room way before check out like 8:30am or 9:30 am. That’s all. Everything else was excellent.

Rooms were very decent sizes, there was enough room for my 3 kids to easily play, there was 5 of us in the room 2 adults and 3 kids and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other

The indoor pool area was cold, my kids were crying before their feet even hit the water, it wasn't horrible but could have definitely been warmer in the pool room

I like the fact the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The entry into the hotel was clean and organized. The staff was helpful and gave me another room when the water in 102 ran cold. Carol is very personable and allowed me to check in a few minutes early. The other lady at the front desk was also helpful when I informed her the water ran cold in 102. She switched me to 103. Which was a better room and the water in the shower ran hot.

The signal on the tv kept going out. Maintenance had to come to the room and fix it. The water in the first room they gave me in the shower ran cold. The lady at the front desk gave me another room.

The beds were comfortable, wish the blankets were a little different but it was perfect for the price

There wasn't much I didn't like except that the bathtub was kinda small and the water was difficult to figure out at first. The blankets were more like sheets and very thin, but overall there's really nothing wrong

Location was close to many attractions. My son and his wife recently moved to Virginia, his home was a short drive away. Breakfast was very good.

The beds were comfortableand the breakfast was okay. The pool and hot tub was nice; cool in the evening but even better during the day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very nice area, looks good both inside and out. Felt very safe and close to many restaurants, from cheap to expensive.

We didn't like that because we asked for a smoking room that we ended up having to go outside to go to our room. To get to our room from the pool was an event by itself; not 'horrible' but we have been to better, more welcoming hotels for those of us who need smoking rooms available. Also, the biggie, no refrigerator or microwave in the room. That was SADLY disappointing. Who pays for a NICE hotel, to NOT have a fridge or microwave or both? Unsual and makes us more watchful for any future stays in lodging.

It was close to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and water country USA

There was not much variety for breakfast and ran out of food early that morning for breakfast. Had to switch rooms because the TV did not work and shower did not work.

You get what you pay for. At the end of the day, there was a comfy, clean bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

One room had a refrigerator that was warm, and the other room didn't have one at all.1
