Breakfast was excellent. I gave a nice tip.

All staff I interacted are very nice except Barbara from the front desk. I requested her politely if she can move us to a different room because the room we are in (294) is very cold because the heater is not working. Room phone is also broken. Instead she raised her voice on me and will not let me speak. She humiliated me in front of other customers. When a lot of guest noted the commotion only then she lowered her voice and acted as if she is the sweetest person in the world. I already told my friends and family about this experience and we will never set foot in this hotel as long as Barbara is there. I hope she will not do the same to other customers. She is a disgrace to a great company IHG.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating when our refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Staff always had a smile on their face whenever we went in and out of hotel

Breakfast was not up to the standards as all other Holiday Inns that we have stayed in. On Sunday, they ran out of food on the hot food, pancake batter coffee, cups for juice and the girl doing the kitchen was not very nice to guests as she told us at 9:23 that breakfast was over and the sign said 10:00. She did not seem pleased that she had to replenish food items. Your front desk girl came over to help her and she was very happy to help guests at the breakfast area.

The location was great. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The breakfast was sub-par and not full. In the morning the elevator was full of water in a big puddle. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we got to our room there were 5 bottles of shampoo and we had to call the front desk to bring us soap, conditioner and body wash. A very nice young lady came to our room very quickly and switched out all the bottles to the correct items.

I am always impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel

They need to work on improving improving the breakfasts. Each time that I went down to go get breakfast, there were items that were not available, and/or machines out of order. They have 1 person, who is working very hard, trying to keep up with the demand. I am impressed by how hard that person works, but he or she needs some support to have Have everything ready for the guests. However that is just a minor concern...Overall I loved my stay!!!!!!

The staff (both when making the reservation and during our stay) was exxellent. I needed to order a pizza and the reservation desk employee called to make sure it wasn't too late and also aided me in placing an order. We also had a defective key and the clerk had a new one made for us and was going to deliver it to our room if I hadn't approached the desk just at that moment. Excellent staff.

The eggs at breakfast were not very warm and they didn't seem to be replenishing when they were low. The variety was good though.

We liked the layout of the room/suite and we liked the toiletries. We liked that a lightweight blanket was available to use instead of the heavier quilt/duvet.

There was a musty odor in the room that reminded me of mildew or mold. I am afraid that the air conditioning system needs cleaning.

I was happy to get a hot breakfast on site. Very pleased with the cook who even took our plates when we finished. Staff were very friendly, plenty of towels & accommodations, comfortable beds & bedding.Im sure i stayed there years ago and will again 😊 Very pleased!

Very nice hotel, super clean snd the staff was awesome. Great location as well.

The breakfast was awful. We always choose Holiday Inn because of their breakfast, so it was disappointing. They didn’t stock coffee cups, so no one could get coffee. They had sliced bread in ziplock bags, most juice was out, most breakfast items were out. It was bad.

The hotel was clean, staff pleasant. There were many families staying there for a soccer tournament and we enjoyed seeing everyone having a good time until after hours. Unfortunately, we were at the end of the hall by the staircase and the kids made quite the racket in the hallways til all hours. I do not fault the hotel, as this behavior was on the parents.

Located less than five minutes from I-64 but still close to plenty of restaurants and Williamsburg attractions. Nice room, breakfast, indoor pool and fitness center. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Great value
