The hotel was clean and centrally located. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only very small detail that I was happy about was that the day after the cancellation date, we received a message stating that the restaurant was closed. That would have been good to know before hand so we would have had a chance to cancel if the restaurant was necessary.

You should get rid of comments online that a breakfast is included as it is not. I wish the hotel bar would have more hours. Should of gotten a discount for staying two nights or at least a discount on second night since rooms were available - prices were jacked up due to college graduation.

We were given an upgrade to a suite. Very nice. Clean. Fresh decor. Friendly staff. Walking distance to almost everything you want. Would def stay again.

Could hear night club/bar music from next door and people hanging out in alley. With the A/c running as white noise it wasn't that bad, but a sensitive sleeper may find it annoying. Next time I'd just ask for a room that didn't face the nightclub.

No breakfast; restaurant closed due to staffing issues. Location--We walked to UW-LaCrosse. Across the street is The Pearl, which is a lovely candy/ice cream shop. They also have a coffee shop; however, it was not open at 8:30 when we left town. LaCrosse is a lovely small city. Front Desk Clerk welcoming and helpful.

Location was the best thing as so many things within a short walking distance. The hot tub was very large and the pool was warm enough. The lobby is pretty and staff were nice. Very modern and the price was great. I have nothing negative to say. Check in was quick and we were able to park near the door.

The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID. There was no on site room service or alcoholic beverage. The review required too many lines so I couldn't just say I liked everything I liked every thing.

Check in was right on time. Keisha assisted us and was extremely personable and accommodating. Keisha made sure two room were King rooms as requested. The beds and room were very nice.

One of the rooms, 222 had no hot water at all on Sunday so they used our shower. Our room 522 that shower was luke warm but tolerable. Sad to say the tub leaked but we made sure the floor was cleaned up.

Great location! Placed in the heart of everything we wanted to visit. It was nice when shopping we could easily walk back to the room to place our items. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

The price was awful! No restaurant, no continental breakfast. With the price of the hotel stay you would think there would be some sort of continental breakfast.

We left something in the room. When we went back, they told my son they didn't find anything and they'd let him know later if they did. My husband went back in and demanded to see the room since it hadn't been cleaned. He went to the room with housekeeping and found the item. They could've just done that to start with since they were not busy at all.

I didn't think anything of the breakfast because it wasn't offered even though you showed that it was. Very disappointed. Entrance to parking garage from hotel could only be reached through main lobby. Happy there was an entrance, disappointed in lay out. No soap dish on bathroom counter. Check in staff was friendly but would have liked more info. The price was outlandish.
