This hotel is near perfect. New and fresh the room was beautifully decorated, had a big tv with access to Netflix, pretty good sound proofing (it’s pretty standard here in da lat that no matter where you stay you will hear dogs and people in the hallway) and we had a bathtub. The room goes above and beyond in supplying a well stocked mini bar and the lighting was great. We loved opening the big window to the balcony for fresh air however, the view was pretty mediocre (room 304). The hotel has a fitness facility and a heated pool. The morning breakfast was pretty good and the view was lovely! Safe was maybe a 7/10 in warmth and friendliness.

This is where they lose big points, the room looked amazing and cozy until I sat on the bed. It was hard as the floor! I’m not exaggerating, the hardest need I’ve ever experienced in my years of travel. We didn’t stay longer because it was the worst sleep! So unfortunate as this hotel has literally everything nailed. So if You don’t mind sleeping on basically floor hardness, you could enjoy this hotel. As a note, my husband who usually likes a firm bed as couldn’t believe how uncomfortable it was 😮‍💨

Classy facility (lovely breakfast, sweet afternoon tea, didn't use the pool) with superb customer service. My husband tested positive for Covid the first night of our stay and the staff was so helpful in navigating this unexpected news. We were able to stay in our room until 6 PM the day we checked out (evening flight) for a very reasonable extra fee. It was a busy weekend, with all 50 rooms full, many with Vietnamese families. They told us that this month they are opening a smaller 15 room hotel near by called The Mist Boutique Hotel; if we were to return i'd check out the more intimate venue. It is in a neighborhood, not in the midst of the tourist scene

The bed mattresses were firmer than we like (and we like firm mattresses!). It is a 30 minute walk along busy streets to the lake, market, and "downtown"

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious Pho (local soup noodles). The heated pool was a fantastic feature and added to the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, as were the bathrooms and toilets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable! The waiting area was also very comfortable and spacious, making it easy to relax. And it has a very comfortable and spacious waiting area!

I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was beautiful, clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent and different for the four days we were there. The heated pool was a bonus as was the afternoon tea. The location was a little away from the city center which for us was nice. It was very quiet. It was a five minute walk to the bus station and a fifteen minute walk to the cable car. The other attractions were a short 3-4$ grab ride which were usually available within 5-10 minutes.

We had no complaints.

**Review: The Boutique Goldient Hotel, Da Lat** This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long day in the car with our two little ones. It’s a stunning place with beautiful architecture, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff greeted us with a refreshing drink and some nibbles, which was such a lovely touch. Our two bedrooms were really spacious and spotless. Both had large king-size beds, and the second room had a super king-size bed, which was perfect for our two small children to share. The kitchenette was immaculate, with gorgeous marble worktops and everything we needed—tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and even a well-stocked mini-bar (though we were more about the ginger tea the next morning, which was delicious!). The real surprise highlight was the heated swimming pool. We didn’t even know it was there, and it turned out to be the perfect way to spend a bit of family time after breakfast. The Boutique Goldient Hotel ticked every box for us and more. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place, and we’d love to stay again the next time we’re in Da Lat!

The hotel’s architecture was my favorite. The staff were so kind and enthusiastic. The shower was super clean and nice. They have a warm swimming pool which is suitable for the cool weather in Dalat. The garden is lovely. I like the breakfast too, not so many options but I could see they put effort into it. Totally worth the price, I’ll definitely go back if they keep up these standards. Maybe the room can be cleaner in a few spots like the main door or curtain and behind the sink. But properly because I booked the room in a rush so they didn't have time to prepare.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. Really liked the room. Has everything you need. Has mini bar. This hotel doesn’t have aircon but you don’t need it as it’s cool enough and you do have a ceiling fan which is good. The pool is nice. The tv has Netflix, prime and Apple TV. You can rent motorbike from the hotel.

The breakfast isn’t great, needs improving. Had breakfast the once and wouldn’t have it again but then again I haven’t had a good breakfast since being in Asia. No restaurant or bar. (There is beer & wine in the room). But not great if you don’t like them but plenty of bars and restaurants around.

The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious and fully equipped with necessary equipment. The mattress is very soft, the bedding is clean. The room has a balcony and large windows overlooking the city, very airy and comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool is a great highlight. The swimming pool has a large area, warm and clear water. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of Da Lat city. This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They are always ready to support customers thoughtfully and dedicatedly. The hotel's breakfast is very delicious and diverse. The breakfast buffet has many dishes from Asia to Europe, meeting the needs of all customers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Goldient Boutique DaLat hotel. The hotel has good service quality, worthy of being one of the top 4-star hotels in Da Lat.

The highlight of our Dalat stay. Breakfast was fresh and of excellent quality, with a live egg and noodle station. Different variety for all three nights we were there, with a good variety of breads. Hotel itself has a charming ambience, is really well maintained; showers are hot and beds are comfy. Children loved the heated pool and the afternoon tea of tarts and sweets.

We chose this hotel because of the peaceful location with nice view of Da Lat and is not too far from the lake (though would require short motorbike ride or taxi). The hotel was clean, offer nice breakfast, and staff were hospitable and friendly.

The room was nice but we found the bathroom a little peculiar with the position of the shower head without shower screen
