- when taking a shower, the bathroom quickly gets flooded - the breakfast was ok, but there are not too many options for vegetarians

location is perfect , so close to the beach. Rooftop pool. Renting a motorbike or using a bicycle is possible. breakfast is mostly Asian but you can order eggs the way you like them too. Bread and jam is also available. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Best asset is the pro active staff at the reception . Mr Nguyen was present at the reception or at breakfast. listening to his customers and making sure they get all they need. Most friendly and pro active manager I have seen in years . This gentlemen should work in a 5 star hotel. Before departure we received a thank you mail for staying there, and mr Nguyen came personally at breakfast to say goodbye. He ordered a taxi for us and helped us with our luggage. well done, Golden line hotel, keep your staff the way they are, coz they are the best.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me an iron board and iron so I could do my clothes. This rarely happens in VN if some reason. They also offers rental bikes at a good price. They followed me to the gas station as the scooter 🛵 I got was short on petrol. The bed was very comfortable and the room convinient. Walking distance to amenities a d the beach.

I would have given you max stars (10/10) if the breakfast was more international and if I would have received the motorbike filled with gas.

The rooftop swimming pool was great! The only thing I would mention though there is no way for someone with walking disabilities to be able to reach the pool as you have to use stairs to go to the top. It is also worth bearing mind there is no lifeguard. We were really lucky as I think not many people were around so we had the pool to ourselves in the late afteroon through to the early evening. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable with lots of towels and robes provided.

The fridge and the safe were not working in our room and as we were only staying one night felt it not necessary to bring it up at the time. The other small thing to mention was that the shower door did not close properly so there would be some leakage. But overall a nice stay regardless of these small points.

Location is good. King room is very nice, amazing bed and shower. Rooftop view for sunset is also gorgeous.

Rooftop bar not working (they advertise a lot but it’s NOT WORKING). Breakfast hours are ridiculous (6:30-9AM)

Ladies behind desk were exceptional. Breakfast had many options to choose. Swimming pool was very good. Room were kept very clean each day. Close to beach.

Two separate mornings people talking very loud at lift area. No consideration for people still asleep.

The staff were amazing. So helpful & friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool was great, too. There was enough choice at breakfast for Westerners. Location was fabulous, walking distance to everything. We will definitely return.

Our city view room just looked onto a roof however this was not a huge issue.

We liked the location of the hotel and staffs were very helpful. They provided us with all the needed information and services like scooty rental and laundry. It was overall a pleasant stay.

The only thing I did not like was the size of the king size superior room. It was extremely small for two people.

stuff speaks poor english and they kept me the passport from check in to check out because their card machine was broken and they weren’t able to let me pat from the start. I find it offensive that they need to keep my passport when I payed at checkout at many hotels and nobody kept it. it is not like I will run without being seen when they have 2-3 people at the reception
