Good location a street back from the beach. Had a beach view room which although small was comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and bar, with great cocktails. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Helen gave us her WhatsAp number and we could message her with any tours we wanted to book or general questions about the area/markets and restaurants. Breakfast was great, big selection each morning. Easy walk to many bars, restaurants, pharmacies, laundry’s and massages places.

They are onto you as soon as you arrive at breakfast to try to sell/organise you tours and activities for the day, which can be helpful but just seemed a little pushy. Also everyone wants a review

Close to the beach. Good value for money. My daughter loved the pool on the top floor. Breakfast has a good selection of European and Asian dishes. There is a 24/7 minimart at the 1st floor which is very convenient. There is also a night market where you can have a good massage and food. The best thing is the staff. All were super helpful, always with smiles on their faces and making sure you are welcomed and looked after. Some I can recall are Helen, Eric and the sky bar manager.

1. There are two separate towers and we were in the one on the back. So every time we need to go to the pool, we need to go down to 2nd or 1st floor and then go up. This is not very convenient. 2. There are empty spaces on both sides of the hotel and in front which have rubbish and don’t look very attractive. 3. The seating area for breakfast is quite tight and can be crowded.

Amazing location right near the beach! We booked a family room with the Seaview. The room was very comfortable and the staff could not do enough to help us. The children enjoyed the pool each day and the afternoon tea was a lovely bonus. The breakfast had a lot of great options and was replenished regularly with fresh food. We loved the fresh fruits and the egg bar. There are lots of shops, Resturants and bars nearby so easy to find places to eat. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come again!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! We truly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The customer service was superb across the board—from the hotel car driver to the doorman, reception staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to Helen, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist with our travel requirements and expertly arranged our travel plans during our stay, making everything seamless. We truly felt at home here, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Danang. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities such as the wonderful afternoon tea with yummy goodies every day. Helen took marvelous care of us, arranging cars, tours, tickets, attending to our every need and including arranging for us to go to a nearby Golden Lotus hotel to use their pool on the days ours was closed for maintenance. We felt treated like royalty! Everyone was friendly and always smiling, welcoming and gracious. As for the room, the beds were comfy and the shower was wonderful. Everything was very clean. The location was also great, a very short walk to the beach and to places to eat. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and the free breakfast was marvelous with lots of choices. The pool on the top floor was beautiful, clean and refreshing. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Golden Lotus Hotel, and I was incredibly impressed! The rooms were not only stylish and well-furnished but also impeccably clean. The facilities were also top-notch, with everything you could need for a relaxing visit. From the gym to the pool, everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. It was nice to have such a variety of amenities at my fingertips. One of the standout aspects of my stay, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but I have to give a special mention to the receptionist, Ngan. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude made a lasting impression, and I truly felt at home because of her kindness. Overall, Golden Lotus Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable place to stay. Helen from the front desk went out of her way to make me feel welcome, using thoughtful language (English) that showed genuine care and professionalism. Pine from the restaurant was equally remarkable, providing clear explanations of the diverse dishes served for in their daily breakfast and sharing great tips on the best photography spots in town. Golden Lotus Hotel Da Nang's prime location is just 10 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of nearby dining options.

The bed and pillows are too soft for me.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It feels very new and classy. The breakfast was excellent. The location is next to a small and nice night market. On the other side of the market, there is an area with lots of nice restaurants. The beach is only a couple of minutes away.

We had been very pleased with our stay, if it had not been for an ongoing work near our room. It sounded as if someone was tearing down the wall in the room next door. It was a constant banging all day, also on the Saturday. We were promised that it would be quiet on Sunday, but no! Around ten it started again!

The property was located in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially supervisor Helen. Hands down on her hospitality. She helped us arrange our tours, transportations and anything we needed.

The bathroom door was a little weird. There was no door handle and the sliding dead bolt was hard to unlock. The shower has no door so water did get a bit over the place. There’s no view in our ocean view room.
