Comfortable, thanks to staff we had nice time here

Good location overall & about 15-20 min walk away from center. If you're looking for something further away from the Old Quarter noises this would be an option. I like that the place is inside an alley & not street front. There're plenty of food options around. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was exactly like the photos. Pretty happy with the services too.

The room next door was being super loud around midnight that was my only issue. Other than that everything was great.

Everything was as expected - clean, nice people and extremely good location

-Somehow housekeeping claimed that several items from the minibar were eaten (which was not true) - noticed at check out on the invoice. So check papers before signing -Breakfast is not in the hotel itself but in another cafe nearby - vietnamese style breakfast might be too heavy for a european stomach, keep in mind before paying for the whole trip. We made a mistake - payed the whole amount and then decided to cancel it - the hotel agreed to give money back but the transaction might take up to 2 months!!!!!!

We booked a suite with a bedroom and a kitchen/living room. The suite was big, clean and well-equipped. It was quiet during the day and the night. The AC works well and is quiet too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's really great value for the price.

The room service kept forgetting things. For example, one day, they forgot to replace our bath mat (they took it away but they didn't provide a new one). The other day, they forgot to replace the Qtips. There are not shades or curtains in the bathroom and since it's directly connected with a glass door to the bedroom, there will be light coming into the bedroom in the morning.

Fantastic location, very Clean and quiet apartments. Everything you need in the apartment and spacious. It's a fantastic area. It's a fantastic Hotel and everything is actually very well maintained and perfect and the staff and service staff are all very helpful and kind and go out of their way to help you.

The situation with the breakfast is ridiculous. Either offer a small buffet breakfast where people can pick and choose what they want, or don't offer breakfast at all. Currently there is this confusing form that people have to fill out for the free breakfast with some items that are free and some items that are not. And you can tick one box but not two boxes of one area and then you can't have some things but you can have something else and then it has to be filled out the night before. And in the end it's only three items but you have to pay for some extra items and not other ones. It's the most unnecessarily confusing and silly way to organise and offer a breakfast have ever experienced.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for our stay at Elirina Hotel. The hotel's atmosphere and amenities were simply outstanding, making our visit truly enjoyable. A special thank you to the reception staff, especially Ms. Le Linh, for your exceptional service and warm hospitality. Your help made a significant difference in our experience. I also want to extend my gratitude to Ms. Thu, as well as Ms. Tra and Mr. Thang, for their kindness and support during our time here. Your attentiveness and care for guests made our stay even more special. Thank you all once again for everything. We look forward to our next visit!

The suite was very spacious and clean, exactly as pictured (minus the decorative flowers and plants). Bed was comfortable enough, a little firm even though we usually sleep on a firm mattress. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small glass divider, expect some parts of the bathroom to get splashed. The shower has good pressure. Body soap and shampoo is provided but no hair conditioner. Toilet has a spray bidet (not the Japanese kind). The living room and bedroom had their own AC units, which were great since Hanoi was quite hot. They also do a great job of keeping the air fresh smelling and reduce the humidity. Having a washer in the unit was quite helpful, but the room did not have enough hangers initially so had to call the reception to get some more. Staff were very nice and speaks a little bit of English. Lobby area is cool and clean, very welcoming. Definitely would stay here again.

Wifi signal was inconsistent at times even though the wifi router was in the room, even after restarting it. But when the signal is strong, the speed is quite fast. The balcony isn't big, it only fits a clothes rack so you can't really walk out there, but there isn't any view anyway because it's technically still inside the hotel, which makes drying clothes longer. No view from the bedroom window either. Hotel is located in an alley, but it isn't sketchy at all, Hanoi is a pretty safe place, it's just mostly elderly people hanging outside their homes so nothing to be afraid of. Being in an alley is an advantage because you don't hear a lot cars and motorcycles passing through. It is a bit far from the main part of the Old Quarter but Grabs are cheap.

Everything is brand new, and all the staff are absolutely amazing with a great attitude and extremely helpful to us. Although located in an alley, it is very quiet and safe, which my family really appreciated. Moreover, the breakfast served à la carte was highly impressive. It felt like a personalized dining experience rather than having to queue for food at a buffet, as is common in other hotels. I would like to extend my special thanks to John and Linda for their enthusiastic service. We will definitely return to this hotel next time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, clean new hotel. It’s within walking distance of everything, but far enough away to avoid the noise in the chaos. The staff were friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Trà, one of the two receptionists, was was especially helpful when helping us make booking/tour arrangements and answering our many questions. She even helped us arrange transportationwithin Vietnam. There was a doorman always present and the hotel felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to others.

- We could hear people walking/talking in the corridor. We also could hear the next room's guests peeing. (I have very good hearing though and it was not too disturbing) - Does not offer laundry service by the kg (as most hotels we've seen in Vietnam), but by item instead. This can be costly, although they provide a better selection of services (laundry/dry-cleaning/pressing).
