The bed are super comfortable. The rooms are a good size with tea and coffee making and a mini fridge. The bathroom is lovely with nice smelling shampoo and shower gel. The hairdryer is also very good. I booked a tour to Halong bay with Nam. It was a fantastic day. He saw that I was on the regular bus and he phoned the company as I should have been on a luxury limousine bus. At the rest stop, they moved me onto the luxury bus. The whole team, both guides Linh and Duy were knowledgeable and friendly. They learnt my name and told me what was going on, using my name, throughout the day. I'd definitely recommend this tour as it was a snapshot into this beautiful part of the country. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Hanoi, next time.

It took about 5 minutes for the hot water to come through for a shower, but once it did it was a prefect temperature.

Pity that our stay was too short. The hotel is located at the best location 2 muinutes walk from hoan kiem lake in the old quarter. The room is nicely decorated, new and very clean. The staff helped to book our trips to Halong bay as well as Tam Coc in Ninh Binh. The price they offered was also very much cheaper with the outside agencies (that we had checked). Very friendly and helpful staffs helped our stay much more comfortable and easier. Thank you for great service provided!

Hotel was supportive to us in number of things. First they allowed us early check in and then when we realised that our room does not have any window and space, they helped us to upgrade our room with good space and window and that too without any extra cost. Staff had very friendly behaviour and was very kind to us. Note: This hotel is at the city centre so don't expect any scenery view. Neighborhood is quite crowded here. But this place is good to commute to rest of the city..

Motorbike they gave us was not at reasonable cost.

Good location next to the beer street - there was a bit of noise from nearby bars but I didn't mind it. Excellent wifi with a router in my room. Nice and new hotel compared to others in the old quarter. Airport transfer was reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly.

The bathroom was dirty when I checked in, with hair around. I witnessed the housekeeping staff use a guest towel to wipe the toilet floor with her leg. Never touched a towel there after that. My double bed consisted of 2 single mattresses put together which made it uncomfortable.

We booked for 1 night first and then extended our stay longer. The hotel is centrally located in the best location of Hanoi Old Quarter which is just 2 minutes away from the Hoan Kiem lake. Getting out of the hotel's door is night market, street food with full of greast food, "bia hoi",.... The staffs helped to organize our trips to Halong and Ha Giang loop with easy rider trip which were both amazing. On our last day of our stay, they offered a free late check out. Highly recommend this great brand new hotel with the most friendly & helpful staffs

Nam and his team were super helpful not only with my stay but also with tips on day trips (highly recommended the one to Halong Bay that they arranged for me). The room was clean and the location is second to none. This is the best value hotel you can get in Hanoi.

I could hear the music and noise from the street through the wall and they kindly moved me to a room facing another street that was so quiet, I couldn't hear a thing.

Breakfast was not provided so question about breakfast not applicable. What made the stay so good was the hosts knowledge and helpfulness. He went beyond expectations in assisting us.

The room was quite small but it was adequate. It would have been great to be able to have breakfast a ailable at the hotel as nothing available close by before around 7.30am.

The room is really clean and pretty. So much bigger than the other rooms I’ve stayed in the old quarter. The interior is nice, bed is comfy and the receptionists are very kind and polite. Helped us with airport transfer, extending our stay and allowed us to early check in. Old quarter can be really cramped and confusing but finding this hotel is really easy.

Great experience at Kingdom hotlel. Very nice room, best location and most friendly helpful staff. They also helped to book all of our local travel which were amazing and had good prices to compare with other travel agencies we had checked around
