Very nice and clean room with big bathroom. Friendly staff. We booked for 2 nights but arrived very early morning after the first night (due to night train), and the staff was there to check us in. Breakfast included with several options served. Good location in a side street, so not too much traffic noise. Close to the cathedral and many restaurants.

Our room was on the second floor. There was no window but that was not a problem for a short stay. The only main problem was the noise until late in the evening from the other talking guests climbing up the stairs to above floors, and the metallic door being open to let them come into the hotel and making a very loud noise. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor.

Staff were lovely and it is in a great location. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Refillable coffee in the morning was excellent! Rooms were clean, air con was good and your own fan was even better. Great wi-fi and excellent hot shower.

The hostel wasn't very social at all and I think that is because there was no common area. The breakfast room is turned into a spa during the day so there is nowhere for people to sit, chat and have coffee, you basically have to go to your room and chill on your bed. It was also a pain having to climb up and down 6 flights of stairs to get to bed and get to breakfast..

Being a 4 bed dorm it is very calm, easy to keep clean and almost feels like a private room. Bathroom is hotel standard and the beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bit above average backpacker hostel style. Overall feels modern and fresh. Location is good. Payment by card or cash accepted and luggage storage after check out is possible.

If your not into fitness, 6th floor w/o elevator is a hassle. Worked for us but beware if you have problems. (The view is nice however) Lacks a common area for hanging out.

Location was in the middle of everything and I thought it would be noisy outside but it was a non-issue. Something to keep in mind though is that the hostel is right by St.Anthonys church and I’m assuming they ring the church bells every morning at 5am and will do mini-rings every 15 minutes

I guess I can’t say I dislike this as this seems to be a trend in south East Asian countries that I haven’t encountered before but showers are detachable heads but they’re in the same room as the sink and toilet so the sink and toilet inevitably gets wet

The beds are a little bit like capsules with plenty of locker space below for storage. The hostel is located ideally within the Old Town Quarter with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Laundry service worked for me perfectly.

Sadly my room (6-Bed) had only one bathroom which used a layout in which the bathroom is flooded after showering. As it does not dry out that quickly the bathroom floor is therefore often flooded. Some doors, etc. might be happier with a drop of oil. As mentioned in other reviews there is no elevator. This was not a problem for me but if you hate climbing five floors this might be a bummer for you.

The best hostel I've ever been to. The room was clean and comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful, when you check in they will ifor you about Hanoi , also Hien help me book trip to Halong bay, Ninh Binh, sapa trekking and Hagiang loop with good price ,amazing trip. I am very happy and will come back this hostel, as well as introduce more people to stay here and book services here.

- Clean and comfortable, lockers provided under the beds. - Each bed had it's own light, curtains, powerpoint and fan. - Breakfast was great, with good options to choose from. I got 3 eggs and bacon with a bread roll plus fruit! - Good location, walking distance to everything you need in the old quarter and only around 10-15mins walk to the airport bus stop.

- Not sure if there was a switch somewhere but the shower was cold. - Was in 2 different rooms, one had good wifi, the other was patchy. - AC and fans weren't quiet

We stayed just for 5 hrs at this place so we took the Dorm. The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful. They let us keep our bags there for a day while we went to Halong Bay. They even booked a Taxi for us to the airport at a very reasonable rate. The taxi ride was super. Breakfast served was good.

The Dorm Bathroom wasn't very clean. Dorm is located on higher floor and they dont have lift so be prepared to climb up. The bell boy helps with the luggage so that is very helpful. Thank You

The lucky hostel with Bee and her team really went above and beyond for us to enjoy your trip. Located in the central old quarter, it offered a clean and comfortable room with breakfast included downstairs. Bee also helped us book a really enjoyable tour of Ninh Binh at a fantastic price. Would definetly recommend to future fellow backpackers.
