Our experience at the hotel was excellent! The location couldn't have been more central, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony for free, as it was available. The complimentary provision of water in the room was a nice touch, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. We also utilized the laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful small hotel. Fantastic location - walkable to all the old quarter sights, the Lake , Dong Xuan Market, Train Street ... The staff were a real highlight of our stay - they were so welcoming and helpful!They can help you with all everthing you need, even giving tips about avoiding potential scams on the streets of Hanoi, best tour package trip to Sapa and Ninh Binh . I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are great 😁 from the moment we arrived they were friendly and helpful. Room was big for 5 of us, plenty of room to make ourselves at home. Yummy breakfast, loads of eateries around for other meals.

It was noisy at night, but didn't bother us being in the middle of the old town. It was people singing karaoke 😂

Reception and cleaning staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Mr Brian and Mr Harry and Ms Kimi and Ms Rose. They were very welcoming and helped us to feel at home while we were trapped by the typhoon. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the bed was super comfortable. Powerful shower with everything supplied. We will be staying again soon!

Nothing not to like . The rooms are a bit run down but the staff , location and safety make up for it. They stored our luggage while we went away for a few days and let us shower on return before our bus.

Excellent service by Rose, Bryan and Kimmie. Bryan especially upgraded us to the Group hotel which has better rooms. Also he helped us store the bags when we went for city tour. He also offered to give us a room for freshening up on our return and a coffee to set us up for our night train ride

Everything! All the staff and the manager Mr. Harry really made sure our stay was comfortable.

Not really didn't like but there was no elevator. So everytime, we took the stairs going up to our room which was 5th floor. I'd like to look at it as an exercise. ;-)

Great location, decent size rooms. Comfortable beds. Harry was great. He organised our overnight stay to Halong Bay and let us check out late so we had our room until our flight which was great. All the staff were very friendly. Rose on reception was great. A great value hotel. Highly recommended!
