The location was excellent. The neighborhood was really nice, clean, quiet, and close to everything. The room was quiet, you could not hear any street noise. The front desk had someone 24/7, they had an elevator to my room on 7th floor (standard room). This was my favorite place out of four different hotels so far this trip. I have 3 days left and went to another hotel and regretted it after first night away. I missed this place! I might abandon the other hotel and expense of it to return here for my last night in Hanoi. Plus with this location you can get a Grab taxi easily and have easy exit out of neighborhood to the airport. It’s a safe area.I highly recommend this place.

I don’t recall them notifying me of where to eat breakfast and what time, or if they actually even offered it, but it was listed on booking.com.

They over price the taxi to pick you up in the airport and the driver was late on the pick up.

This little gem of a hotel doesn't look much from the street, but the foyer was well appointed, and the large room we booked was exactly as shown in the photos. The largest bed we have ever seen which was very comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom and whilst the hotel is situated in a busy area of Hanoi the soundproofing was excellent making it very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants, mini marts, shops and street vendors close by. Easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions in Hanoi.

Wonderfully clean, our room was amazing. We opted for a suite and the room was amazing, spacious and well illuminated, the bed we humongous and incredibly comfortable. It was also really quiet considering how centrally located the hotel is. As we'd selected the honeymoon suite our room was nicely decorated with petals and swan shaped towels with a complimentary bottle of Vietnamese wine included too! We had a balcony that was a little lackluster as it was devoid of furniture and a little small. However we didn't mind. The location is great for old town with bars and restaurants all within easy reach. The staff were great and we were able to leave our bags safely while we waited for our transfer in the afternoon.

Our room was on the top floor which was perfect as we couldn't hear the busy traffic in the streets outside. There was a breakfast room on the same floor which was closed but we probably wouldn't have used anyway. Complementary tea and coffee and water was nice. Location was good, down a quieter road with a couple of coffee shops, if a little strange with a few motorbike repair workshops. But within walking distance of the main tourist and lake area.

Bed was a bit firm as is the case of most of the accommodation in Vietnam. Apart from that overall happy with our stay.

Location was great. Nancy was very helpful! Room was huge and they had decorated it :) Hotel was able to book us cabs to and from the airport and help with laundry. They also provided a baby cot!

Bath tubs were a little unclean or had permanent stains so didn’t feel comfortable getting in. no real balcony in the balcony room, just a little step out area with no tables and chairs and quite dirty.

Everything is good. The staff is always nice and helpful. The location is easy to get the hotspots. The room is also quiet, especially in this kind of downtown. The best is that the hotel provides a water dispenser in the lobby so that we can fill up water bottles, instead of buying water every day.

The only one is the hook and loop tape of the duvet cover is malfunctioning. The tape couldn't stick to each other. The hook kept stabbing my skin so I had to swap to the other side when the first midnight.

Great location on a quieter street but close to everything. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable and looked like the pictures.

The only downside was you could smell the air pollution from outside a little but it's hard to completely seal rooms, especially in an old building, so you can't really fault a hotel at this price point for that.

The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible to all the walking streets around Hoan Kiem Lake. The street was a buzz during the day and quiet at night. Will gladly stay here again!

Not a dislike but a note to other potential guests that the mattress on the bed is a little hard.
