It’s a new hotel, the staff is putting a lot of effort on making the experience as nice as possible which we appreciated immensely. The location is perfect, in a beautiful street right in between the old quarter and French quarter. While there are some things to improve finalise, I would recommend it if you are spending a couple of days in Hanoi.

The experience varies significantly depending on the room. There are some beautiful big ones in the upper floors, while the junior suites in the lower floor can feel a bit too small with low ceilings and small amenities. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the larger rooms.

The is an amazing boutique hotel in a prime location The staff are super amazing, they will do everything for your comfort I arrived 8 am and they check me in immediately ❤️ Next day I booked the suite and I got an upgrade to the royal suite for free ❤️ This will be my favorite hotel in Hanoi ❤️ Special thanks to the manager for great hospitality and kindness ✌️

Staff is extraordinary. They are so polite and helped us about everthing. Restaurant suggestion was so good. They artanged early morning taxi for a very fair price and they offered a complimantary breakfast. Breakfast was at their sister hotel İmperial whis is 30-40 meter away and it was such a good breakfast. Also while keaving they gave ıs presents which was so kind.

L’Signature Hotel in Hanoi is stunning. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

- from the moment we entered until the moment we checked out of the hotel we have received amazing service, kindness and attention from the entire staff - rooms are spacious, cleaned up meticulously and newly furnished with high quality furniture - big bathroom, with shower and bathtub and all amenities - comfortable beds - location, location - we enjoyed late afternoon and evenings on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views. All in all 10/10, and extra thanks to the hotel manager, mr Leo Nguyen for going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and worth of our return to this little gem in the old town of Hanoi.

My wife and I recently stayed at L’Signature Hotel for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon trip around Vietnam. We can safely say that we would recommend this hotel to any tourists visiting Hanoi. Firstly, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is located right next to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake (less than 1 minute walk) and very close to the Old Quarter (less than 5 minutes walk). Most popular Hanoi food places (for Pho, Banh Mi, egg coffee, bun cha, etc) that we wanted to visit were all less than a 15 minute walk away, some just on the same street or round corner. The staff at L’Signature are all extremely helpful and attentive. From the moment we checked in, it felt like the staff knew us personally and wanted to make sure that we got the best out of our trip to Hanoi. Leo in particular very kindly offered recommendations and advice for our stay here (and onwards trip to Hoi An). There were several members of staff we got know well and they were just genuinely friendly and so great. The facilities are great at the hotel. In particular, the rooftop bar is a hidden gem which has amazing views over the nearby lake on an evening. In the morning, breakfast is a good spread and also offers pho and eggs cooked to preference. Every day during breakfast staff would come up to the table to say hello and ask if we needed any recommendations or help with planning the day ahead, which was so nice. We were very happy with the room we stayed in, which was very clean, spacious and modern. The cleaners did a brilliant job each day. We were surprised by how effective and quiet the AC was in the room (especially comparing this to other hotels with older units!) - important given the 38+ degree heat in Hanoi when we visited. L’Signature staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, including offering to keep our suitcases safe for an extra day beyond our stay while we travelled to Ha Long Bay for a one night cruise.

Overall my 5 day stay has been perfect. They apply boutique hotel style approach to customers and it really works. Rooftop restaurant has also very nice cocktails and food. I have tried a few 4/5* hotels in Hanoi and while other hotels might have better room-value ratio, it doesnt meet the overall standards of L’Signature - from English level,service,breakfast quality and little details how staff informs themselves via app messaging or paying attention to your needs or no noise in the rooms and there is plenty in Hanoi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile. They arranged some excellent day trips for us. The location is right in the middle of everything, and pretty easy to walk anywhere.

Our room was nice, but it should probably have been described as a superior room rather than a junior suite with a balcony. There was a bigger window than the standard room, with a nicer view, but there was no balcony to go out on. The room was also not much bigger than the standard room, with no sofa. It felt a little bit cramped, but then space is at a premium in general in Hanoi. So we were happy in the room, but we're expecting something more from the booking description. The general area around the hotel is very lively, which is great, but can also be quite noisy. Most of the time it was fine, but on Saturday night we didn't get much sleep due to a massive street party happening a few streets away. Not sure there's anything the hotel could do about this.

This hotel was in the best location I have ever stayed in when travelling to Hanoi. The street has everything! We made friends with many of the cafes and bars and our fav massage place. We love exploring but coming home to this area each night was awesome. The hotel is small but stunning. Our room was excellent. The service was great. It was a shame about the weather as we only got to use the rooftop bar once. But it was great fun while we could! I can imagine in good weather it would be superb. The breakfast was not the best. We just stuck to omelletes as the other buffet items were not great. But to be fair - walking out on the street and getting a Pho or Bhan Mi was perfect anyway. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was awesome and the staff are great. Oh and I had a spa treatment which was SO nice and relaxing. Great stay.

Breakfast was not to our liking but didn't really influence our stay.

In general, I have a hard time knowing whether to believe reviews in Vietnam but the positive reviews about L’Signature all align with my experience! The location is perfect for old town activities but the street itself ie very quiet. The property has been recently renovated, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, I cannot stay enough about the staff. Every single staff member went above and beyond. They gave us a million recommendations that were stellar, upgraded our room, gave us a departure gift, and so much more.

We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t warm enough but it was a little small. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
