The staff members were incredibly friendly & helpful, their English were very good. We stayed for 3 nights in total, in between, we went to Ha Long Bay for one night, they took good care of our luggage. When we're back to the airport, they helped us to book the car service, which make our journey very convenient. We booked double room but they offered us 3-bed room, which allowed us to enjoy more space.

We booked the breakfast, but we had to go to the "sister hotel" to have it (5-10 mins walking distance), or they might arrange auto bike to bring you there, this was a bit not convenient to us, anyway, the breakfast was still nice.

Our experience with Splendid Hotel was excellent. First of all, the personnel is outstanding, helpful and charming. We travelled with our 11-month-old baby, and they helped us with everything we could imagine and beyond. Starting with carrying our luggage, crib set up, through elastic hours of early check-in and late check-out without any pressure, with arranging laundry for us. The room was perfectly clean so the baby could crawl on the floor without stress. And I don't have to mention that the location is perfect - minutes form everything you want to see and experience in Hanoi. It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and we will be back for sure! Highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The only improvement I can imagine is adding a curtain on top of the window blinds to block the sunlight better at early morning. Our baby wakes up with the sunrise. But this is a detail.

-Super hospitable and friendly staff. Hannah went the extra mile to get us a small bag of coffee as a token before we left for the airport. The staff is very friendly. -Room is spacious enough and well maintained. -Hotel is located in the center of almost everything we wanted to explore in the city. We walked everywhere to our destinations. 2 minute walk to the lake. So convenient! -ATM machines are just around the corner.

-I wish the bathroom had a floor towel available. -You could hear the night scene till midnight (most activities die down after that). So, don't be too concerned about that.

fabulous location very close to Hoan Kiem Lake in the old quarter, near everything you want to see in Hanoi. great value for money, super clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Room included minibar (drinks other than water chargeable at a reasonable price), soap and shampoo, toothbrush. We went on an overnight cruise to Halong Bay and they kindly looked after the luggage we didn’t want to take, until we returned. bonus was a lift so no carrying heavy bags up flights of stairs. it’s perfect for newbies to Vietnam and the buzz of Hanoi. Highly rate.

My friend and I came for a few days. We received an excellent welcome and everything went well. We were also able to book an excursion to Halong Bay thanks to them. Unfortunately we fell ill so we could not do it, but the staff remained very attentive and even gave us advice and sent doctor addresses. For this good comfort and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location and balcony view. Clean and spacious. The hotel organised a taxi from airport to hotel and back for $16 ea way. Also assisted with organising a tour that was cheaper then advertised elsewhere.

The bathroom floods when you run the shower.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We asked through whatsapp for late lunch recommendations, and they quickly replied with a delishious place that was opened near me.

We booked this place for the rooftop lounge overlooking the lake for the New Years fireworks. Unknowingly to us, it was undergoing renovations. However, we were all allowed to go into the empty lounge to check out the fireworks, photo attached. Also wished they gave us a floor towel/mat for the shower like other hotels, but I'm sure they would have given us one if we bothered to ask.
