We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoiana New World Beach Resort in Vietnam, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and friendliness were unmatched, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, ensuring she had an amazing time too. The resort’s facilities are world-class. We had a beautiful room on the top floor with stunning views of the property and ocean. We loved the outdoor games, the stunning pool complete with a waterslide, and the beach just steps away, where activities were hosted daily. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff greeted us warmly every morning, adding a personal touch to our day. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the resort surprised us with a beautiful torte and a handwritten note on our first day, congratulating us on the occasion. To our delight, after a delicious dinner at their Italian restaurant, Obiltan, we returned to find another exquisite cake and note in our room, thanking us for our stay. These thoughtful gestures made the experience even more memorable. The shuttle service into Hoi An was convenient and made exploring the area easy, even though the resort is a little out of town. The staff and their level of customer service was truely the highlight. Shuttle bus to Hoi An could be a little more frequent, however Grab is easy to use and cheap enough to get in and out of town.

We went as an extended family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and everyone loved the resort. The rooms are very spacious and new. The facilities are awesome - so many pools, kids club, gym was well equipped. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. The buffet spread every morning had a huge variety and the restaurant was beautiful. We loved our stay there.

We had to pay extra for the kids to be left at the kids club, which is fine by us, but the attendants there were not very engaging. If they were more passionate and engaging it would be much better.

Amazing hotel with great facilities, pools, restaurants, properly trained staff with good English, absolutely beautiful rooms. Even though the weather was gloomy, we had an amazing time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting central part of Vietnam and wanting to unwind. Such a treat and relaxation! Worth all the money spent there.

My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to give more introduction to the guests upon checking in on all the great facilities that the hotel offers (restaurants, cafes, pools, sky bar etc) showing it on the map.

I had a wonderful vacation here, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for holiday. The restaurant is excellent, i buy tickets for lunch at Quang Nam House restaurant and the food is delicious and cheap because you can enjoy food anytime from lunch until 7pm. If you want a larger room with a better view, I suggest staying in a suite room. I paid extra to upgrade to suits room and it was definitely worth it. The best part was the very friendly front desk staff. the receptionist thuong and tri made my family’s stay unforgettable, they helped me upgrade to a suite for the best experience here. And shoule be visit HoiAn in the evening to experience the local culture. I will definitely return next year with my family.

This is the one place where photo's don't do it justice. Everything was simply amazing and I could not recommended this accommodation high enough, You have to stay here and enjoy this resort and if you love golf that's just a bonus. Its perfect for singles, family's and couples. As soon as we checked in the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Kristen Pham who looked after us our whole stay over the week, she's an absolute star!!! Cant speak more highly of her. Even when we checked out we went to another hotel and still came back to New World Hoiana and Kristen helped sort us out instantly. Thank you so much to everyone there and next time we are back we will 1000% be staying here again :)

The room is beautiful, with modern design, and the bed is very comfortable. There are many activities to enjoy at the resort, especially with free access to the spa facilities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The service is friendly and attentive. The front desk staff always greets guests with a smile and provides enthusiastic support when needed, especially Jesse, Kate, So Ny, Kelly, and Daisy from the Guest Relations team. Thank you all for providing such great experiences and making us feel as comfortable as at home. We will definitely return on our next visit.

It was great to do our check-in at the hotel room with Ms Mai. She was very patient , she provided excellent assistance to our requests . Our room was very spacious with a lovely view of the sea, we liked to chill at the breezy balcony anytime of the day. All Staff were very nice, very helpful, and very pleasant. The service they provided was fantastic. The swimming pool was inviting, we spent an entire day relaxing at the pool , we liked the sheltered daybeds. The beach was clean and quiet. It was very relaxing to feel the breeze and watched the waves. We tried the food at the various restaurants, the food was good. We liked the different varieties of the breakfast spread at Blend, we liked the baked fish and salmon from the Cove Bar and Grill at the poolside , we also liked the Tiramisu at Nox Beach Club Osteria restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at New World Hoiana Beach Resort.

I think it’s a bit far from the airport and the city area.

Everything was lovely, the grounds very well keep, plenty of options for bars and restaurants, the swimming pools were very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the room was just perfect, great size , very clean and comfortable, the view was just amazing. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, very smiley . The free shuttle minibus to Hoi An town was great, as we went out mainly every day. The hotel did exceed our expectations. We couldn’t fault anything, definitely recommend and will go back soon

Food at the restaurants was a bit pricey

We got a room type upgrade due to our anniversary celebration. The hotel come with a private beach with very fine sand which is great for the kids. Swimming pool is excellent and with lots of kids-friendly facilities to play with. Breakfast at Blend are with high quality and comfortable environment. We request for late check out till 3pm due to bad weather and the hotel is very kind to accept our request. Casino and shops are available just right under New World Hoiana Beach Resort and the Hoiana Hotel and Suites. Cong Coffee is located at Hoiana Residence which you can request a buggy to take you there. Much better than the crowded shop in the Da Nang Down Town. We would like to visit the hotel soon.

The kids club is a bit small than our expected with limited facilities for the kids to do in the weekdays. Ceramic painting only allow 1 no. per room which is inconvenient to family with more than 1 kid. The variety of food is less when compare to other 5 star hotel. Shuttle bus services to Hoi On area is available but shuttle bus to airport is with limited timing and need to get that at the Hoiana Residence which means you need to carry your luggage on the buggy.

The rooms are very well equipped with big balcony overlooking the resort and sea. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Two good slides for kids and a foam party for one hour on friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle bus service to the old town. Children's play area is also very nice (although outdoor is better than indoor and it gets a bit hot outside to use it). Beautiful beach club area with very good restaurants. Beach is also lovely and well-maintained.

Price is a little higher than other hotels , but it is because of the quality provided. No kids club to supervise kids below 6 (it would be useful even if just for 1-2 hours to have kids age 3-6 supervised so parents can go to gym or spa). No diving at the pool because is not that deep (which is probably good for many people and safety). Location is 1hr (depending on traffic) from airport.
