Fantastic place. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and every member of staff is lovely, always smiling, and always making sure that you are enjoying your stay. The hotel is located a little bit outside the old town in Hoi An which is actually quite nice as you are away from the hustle and bustle and in a more relaxed and more local part of town that is very tranquil and all the local Vietnamese neighbours and lovely happy people. From the hotel, there is a bus that runs to town, and there are also free bicycles and mopeds to rent (200 dong a day), and the walk is about 30 mins along the river where there are some lovely restaurants and bars doing great food for a great price. A grab taxi takes about 5 mins to get to town and costs about €2. Rooms are lovely and clean, the breakfast is pretty good, and the pool/chilli area is nice and relaxing. Overall, we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more and ended up staying an extra 2 nights because we loved Hoi An so much and the hotel made everything so welcoming and nice

No criticisms, the only recommendations for minor improvements would be to have another shuttle bus run to town during the afternoon and maybe breakfast until 10:30 because it is such a nice and relaxing vibe that you want to spend another 30 mins to enjoy your coffee by the river

fell in love immediately the moment I arrived at the hotel. Hotel has amazing infinity pool overlooking Thu Bon river. My family stayed there 5 nights and we loved having coffee in the hotel’s terrace with countryside fresh air. Hotel has very nice small garden, quite calm & peaceful. Room is well-equipped, clean. As a Vietnamese, I adore the hotel cultural concept and their signature wooden furniture. Staff are friendly & helpful! Chef Hai made really delicious local food!

It would be great if they start serving afternoon cocktails!

Everything was so clean, the service was amazing, especially Katy, who was incredible! She gave us so many recommendations, greeted us by name every morning, recommended a pharmacy for me as I was sick, and followed up to see if I was feeling better the next day. She also helped us to book transport, and we left around 5am, so she made sure breakfast boxes were ready for us to eat even though breakfast didn’t open for hours. They also had some great eco friendly features throughout the property, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, I cannot recommend it enough!

I booked this hotel by price and looking at the hotel photos and facilities it has to offer. The hotel/villa type resort is about 2.5kms away from the main town of HoiAn, a pleasant tranquil spot hidden behind local village homes away from any main traffic noise and sitting right on the river bank. When I arrived and walked inside the reception area, you are immediately greeted and welcome into the hotel by the friendly, smiling and happy faces of Kelly or Katy, who handed you information on what the hotel has to offer and what to do around HoiAn, in my case it just for RnR, and walking into town late in the afternoon, about 20 to 25 minutes, for a stroll through the town's lantern lit streets and eating local food for dinner, later returning back to the hotel via their shuttle van or Grab a bike ride. The staff are friendly and helpful, Breakfast is served fresh fruit and juice, along with hot and cold dishes. The rooms are spacious with a deck overlooking the pool area and the river. If you want to come for a few quiet days away from kaos, then this little oasis is ideal to recharge oneself. Overall I am impressed with my stay here. Will i return, yes, Cheers

My time at Nghê Prana Villa & Spa in Hoi An was marvelous. The staff was always very kind and available. Nee checked us in and was tremendously lovely. The room was spacious and spotless. Comfortable big bed. The water temperature and pressure were just right. The cleanliness was immaculate. The pool is bigger than what the pictures suggest and the breakfast was plentiful and diverse. I had high hopes for this stay according to the reviews I read but it was better than my expectations. I highly recommend this stay.

This hotel is a good 30/40 min walk to the city center. This was not a problem for me as I wanted some calm and relaxing days and the hotel provided free bikes to get to the center (around 10 min cycling). This turned out to be a lovely way to know the island and the center. Nevertheless, this is something to be considered depending on your mobility and willingness to cycle. I found this stay so so nice that even if you were to take a (supercheap) taxi to get to the city center it would be worth it.

It’s a brand new property so all rooms and bathroom were in excellent condition!! Views we stunning and was amazing to watch the local fisherman out in the river !! Good breakfast spread !! Both the girls at reception (Katy and forgot the name of the other sorry) were amazing .. gave us tips for local food .. had the best banh mi , Com Ga and Cau Lau on Katy’s recommendation!! It’s a bit further out (2k’s) from old town but they offer free bikes which is all you need !! They also have a free shuttle in the morning and evening !! Would highly recommend if you’re in Hoi An !!

The hotel feels intimate and has a lovely setting on the river banks, a short taxi ride (5 mins max) from the town centre. Our room was spacious, had a lovely marble on suite and beautiful views over the pool and river. The staff where very attentive and helped me with making some phone calls to sort our day trips. They were always warm and friendly.

The only thing stopping this from being a perfect 10 was the sunbed area feels a little detached from the pool and hotel. It's at a lower level so when you're laid down you can't see the stunning views. The bar, which is slightly limited, is situated at the higher level. I know I am being picky but the set up isn't ideal if you're planning a chill day at the hotel. Other than this, would highly recommend this place! 👌

Rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable with large marble shower rooms. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice - Western and Vietnamese buffet and eggs cooked to order. The swimming pool was gorgeous and impeccably clean. But what makes this place stand out is the staff, particularly on reception. So helpful and welcoming, they gave us so much useful info, arranged trips, organised early breakfast when we had a tour with 7am pick up - and always smiley and friendly. Amazing value for money - highly recommend staying here if peace and beautiful settings are your thing! Beautiful setting over looking the river with the most amazing sunset views, as other reviews mention this hotel is a little out of the Old Town however I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle and relaxing here, the complimentary bikes were great (although a little rusty) to get around everywhere close by is flat and easy to cycle, if not getting a Grab around is VERY cheap Friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and gave lots of recommendations Happy hour on cocktails at the bar everyday between 12-5pm Very clean room which was cleaned well everyday Super soft and comfy bed which allowed me to have some relaxing nights sleep

Super quiet location, yet you can still reach the city center and old town within 10–15 minutes by bicycle, which you can rent for free. The rooms are modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was good, and the pool is great! The spa menu is diverse, and the prices are reasonable.

Overall, you get a lot for the price you pay. However, our room had a slight moldy smell. We managed it by keeping the windows open or using the AC. We wouldn’t recommend dining at the hotel restaurant - the quality of food (we had dinner once) isn’t great. Not fresh, already cold… There are plenty of amazing restaurant options in Hoi An! Cycling back to the hotel after dark is not a problem at all. The route is super safe and well-lit.
