The lodge is very quiet and peaceful, in the middle of the ricefields, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. The place is ideal to escape the crowds after sightseeing. The staff is so lovely and helpful. D. gave us useful advice about the main attractions around Ninh Binh. You can use their bikes to explore the region. The food is great, especially their vegetable spring rolls, they are delicious! The rooms are comfortable, pretty and very clean. We loved it here, they even offered special breakfast options because we were staying for 3 nights :) We would highly recommend this place !! Thank you for making our stay so delightful!

One of the best villa to stay in Ninh Binh, little bit out of the tourist area, which we liked a lot. The property is itself inside the rice fields and if we travel during before the harvest the it would have been excellent, the staffs were so good and they helped us out in all the way possible. Would recommend to all.

The road to the property isn’t very nice as surrounded by dusty construction and highways. I would have preferred to be near the limestones than in the middle of the rice paddies in retrospect. Food was slightly pricey but tasty.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great attention to detail located in the middle of rice fields but a short scooter ride away from lovely sights (hang Mua, Tran A boat tours) and places to eat. Breakfast is a delicious combo of buffet and ala cadre, coffee is strong, and the juices are freshly made. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the bathtub was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Mr. Dat, the manager, is kind, helpful, and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

The pool seemed like it needed a good clean (possibly to be drained and refilled) but it didn’t keep my kids out! They played in it for hours.

I had an excellent stay this hotel in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The location was perfect, nestled in the scenic rice fields and conveniently close to major attractions like Mua Cave. We rented a motorbike from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the sights within 10 minutes. Since Ninh Binh isn't pedestrian-friendly, I highly recommend renting a motorbike for 200,000-250,000 VND per day. The staff were amazing from the moment I booked. They provided constant updates and made the airport transfer from Hanoi seamless. The price was the same as a Grab ride, but the hotel arranged a nice SUV for us. Housekeeping ensured our rooms were always tidy, with toiletries replenished daily. The reception staff were friendly and approachable at all times. Overall, the entire staff made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay after a full day of activities. The room was spacious and lovely to stay in. Although a bit further out from the town, we enjoyed being able to return to a serene and quiet location. Having vegetarian options at breakfast or dinner made it convenient, otherwise it was just as easy to book a Grab or hire a free bike to explore other food options. Staff were exceptional and attentive. We enjoyed laundry facilities and reception also assisted us with booking a tour to explore Cuc Phuong National Park. We found the location convenient for biking to Hang Mua Viewpoint and Trang An.

The shower in our room was a bit awkward for the layout and would inevitably wet the floors and toilet but not too much of an issue during our stay.

What a beautiful property! Very well designed hotel in the middle of rice fields. We really loved the surrounding nature and the fact that the hotel provides free bikes, so that we could bike to most places we needed to get. On the second day, we rented a scooter directly from them for long distance exploring. The best part of our stay though was the very kind and helpful staff who helped us with any question or concern we had.

I don't say this as a negative but the property is a bit more towards nature, which we loved, but it means a little bit of a bike ride to get to the main streets with restaurants and cafes. So just consider that to make sure its the right choice for you.

Location in the middle of the rice fields meant peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas. Yes, you needed to cycle/get a grab taxi to go places but it was worth it. Free bike hire to go around town and to the tourist spots. The grounds and pool area are also lovely and entices you to stay in the hotel. The room was very well appointed with a separate lounge area looking at the garden/fields. Very nice large bed. The staff were very lovely and the food at the restaurant was delicious and always freshly cooked!

There was an area of construction happening at the moment but they seem pretty quiet.
