We loved our stay here!! Manh the owner was soo lovely and helpful! The whole family were so welcoming and we really felt at home here. The location was insane. It is literally surrounded by the mountains... Best spot in town I reckon! It's a short trip into town which is a very beautiful walk/bike ride/scoot. They provide free bicycles and you can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price which was very easy to operate. Highly recommend! The rooms were lovely, huge and the bed very comfortable. LOVE

The hosts were so kind, attentive and up for a chat. They went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, even giving us a lift to the bus stop with all our bags when they saw we were going to walk. The location is stunning, sweet little row of bungalows nestled into the mountain, but close enough to the town. We had a bungalow and extended a night and got a room, so saw both and don’t really have any complaints for either. Quite a simple set up in the rooms, but everything you could need! Having a swimming pool was a lovely touch too! I’d recommend this for sure

The only problem was the construction going on behind this accommodation, was quite noisy I the morning following our 4am arrival. Nothing else bad to say though.

The property is beyond beautiful. It looks like a garden and there’s tropical fruits on almost every tree. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and clean. There were many sockets. Breakfast was delicious (try their banana pancake) and the family who runs the business is just gorgeous. They were so lovely and helped us planning activities as well as our further trip to south Vietnam. After checking out we still had the whole day to spend in Tam Coc. They gave us bikes to use all day for free and even let us use the shower before our shuttle picked us up in the late afternoon. The property is very quiet and peaceful, since it’s not in the center of Tam Coc. It’s really close though. It took us 5 min. to get to town center by bike. I absolutely recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb location, tucked right under the karst hills, and set in the rice fields, with amazing views. Bungalows were basic but very spacious and comfortable. While the restaurant only serves breakfast (a delicious and varied menu) it was only a 1km walk along a winding, paved and scenic path into the main town area for food and entertainment. The siblings who ran the place were incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped with arranging transport and visits as well as thoughtful recommendations.

Tam Coc Luxury guest house was the absolute perfect place to be for our 4 nights stay in Tam Coc. It's just outside the town center, about 10 mins short walk or 5 mins cycle across some rice fields. There is also a few restaurants in the adjacent properties to the guests house so no need to go anywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds topped with beautiful mosquito nets, although there was little need for them. The guesthouse and pool are nestled in between mountains and surrounded by fruit trees and nature. It's really an idyllic quiet spot and the family that runs it are delightful. Duc who is always on hand offered great advice on what to visit in the area. We enjoyed chatting with him, he has a lovely personality. We will miss him. They also have free bicycles that you can grab anytime for your exercursions to the extraordinary sites in the area, or just to cycle for leisure. And motorbikes you can rent very cheaply. Conveniently one of the family member has a restaurant 2 minutes walk from the homestay, there you will find the best banana pancakes in Vietnam, thick and fluffy yumm! Everything was perfect.

Large room with incredibly comfortable bed, something I am so happy to find in SE Asia! Good variety of options at breakfast. Place was quiet and only a 10-minute casual scenic stroll to the town, with 2 restaurants closer. Wifi worked well. Staff was very nice and friendly. They provided transport to Trang An Boat Tour. A nice gesture was offering me water and a snack for my bus trip when I left. And other times of helpfulness were appreciated, like when staff saw me walking back from town carrying a 5L water bottle and took it the rest of the way for me on the motorcycle.

I don't know if staff didn't tell guests about the designated smoking area or if guests just ignored that others might not want to inhale secondhand smoke. A male was smoking at reception on my arrival and later another guest was smoking at the dining table outside my room so that I could smell it inside even with the windows and door closed. I thought I booked a private bungalow but my room was attached to another room. The walls were thin so at times I was annoyed by people talking in the next room. The light in the bathroom was over the shower, and it was dim at the sink and mirror. The coffee was only lukewarm at breakfast unless I asked for it to be hot.

We stayed at the Tam Coq Luxury Hotel for four nights, loved it and would stay again. Highlights are location - nestled right against the hill it is nearly at the end of a road and so quiet but at the same time only a 10 minute walk/5 minute bikeride from town for restaurants, etc.; free bikes that we used to leisurely explore the area every day, help from staff/owners in booking buses and tours and in emergencies; breakfasts - nice selection and well done. Room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed/wanted. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The host was very helpful. For any question/issue, he could find a solution. The free bikes at the place create so much flexibility and freedom. Enjoy Vietnamese landscapes/nature, while riding those bikes. Much to see in the neighbourhood, specially when you like biking (or renting for small amount of money a motorcycle ... if the distance is maybe too far). I absolutely recommend staying here. It's close by everything, but still a decent distance from busy town centre. You feel in rural landscap. plus surrounded by rocks.

The family that runs this homestay are wonderful. They arranged transport from our place in Hanoi directly to them at a competitive price and also a direct transfer to the airport for us for our flight down to Danang. The owner also drove and picked us up himself for a trip we did during our stay for a great price. The room is spacious and clean, and the location is incredible if you love to be hidden away in nature. You cross a rice field to get to it from the main little town, and it's tucked away surrounded by mountains. We wished we could stay longer than 3 days 😪 Thanks for everything

My only feedback would be better coffee in the morning. However, there are loads of places in town that do great ones, so it's not a big deal. Also, maybe cleaning/replacing the sunlongers by the pool.

The location was absolutely brilliant - it was like a little hidden gem tucked away amongst the karst mountains an easy ten minute walk into town . The extended family that run the homestay were lovely . They organised transport to take us to Lying Dragon Mountain and picked us up one day and the next day to go to Trang An . There was a lovely pool to cool off in . We had two king sized beds in our room - one each, (two sisters travelling ) very comfortable . We loved our stay in Tam coc.

Nothing
