the staff were friendly and helpful, the location itself was beautiful, amazing, like a film set, though a little isolated if you did not have your own transport or ride a motorbike. The bungalow was very rustic with a verandah and view of the little river. We went for a boat paddle along the river surrounded by vertical limestone cliffs, absolutely amazing. Even saw fireflies at night time which was excellent, the only ones we saw on our entire trip. Food was great

Some of the surrounding bungalows are in need of repair, the place just needs a bit more tender loving care.

The accommodation was clean, a friendly host and great on-site facilities. The accommodation was quite remote, yet it was easy to get all the tourist attractions conveniently. Perfect if you want somewhere in beautiful nature and waking up on the lake front to the sound of the birds was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much!

If you would like to hire a bicycle, the accommodation only offers scooters/motorbikes. However this is no problem as you can rent a bicycle for 50,000 from the neighbouring homestay (2 minute walk away).

It’s a hidden gem, smushed between the gorgeous black stone mountains. The lush nature and serenity all around is incredible. For a person like me - who lives in a small city with only concrete — ChezBeo came to be a saving grace. The staff is the sweetest. Pho will help you with everything you need + he’s hilarious once you get to peel the onion. Lovely stay, overall.

There are a few amenities that can be worked upon to ensure a more comfortable & easy experience. It’s all in the details, and while this place does a great job at keeping you closest to nature — it can come with a little extra care.

Breakfast was included. However, it was Simple small portion of your choice: soup, pancake, or egg & noodle dish. Location was beautiful and restorative- a bit outside of the downtown area snuggled deep in the ravines of the mountains and rice paddies. Beautiful views everywhere. Felt like he jungle as you walked up to your room or bungalow. It was a glamping experience with a shared, basic outdoor bathroom. The bed was superbly comfortable and warm on a cold December night. The staff were extremely attentive and sweet - including the resident puppies and kittens.

Homestay does not rent out bicycles and the breakfast was very small. Do not stay here if you are looking for modern, luxurious amenities. Not ideal for light sleepers as you hear the wind, animals, weather, neighboring guests.

It’s a super special and amazing place. Bungalows are simple and rustic, but cozy and comfortable and the best thing is the surrounding; pure peace, nature, river, mountains and the best host. They were super nice, arranging the transport for me, early check in and late check out, booking the bus, giving me advice what to see and for Christmas Eve they organised a joint dinner. You a rent a motorbike there as well. The location is magnificent, so if you don’t mind a mosquito or two and you want to be in a nature, while being comfortable, this is a place to go.

Beautiful and lovely place in the middle of nature just a few minutes from tam coc. Perfect for nature and animal lovers. One cat and several dogs, all of them lovely and cuddly. Beautiful lotus flowers on the lake and the possibility to take a boat around the area. The family was very kind and let me do early check in and late check out, I got a room upgrade and was invited for a family dinner.

I recommend this place to people who don't mind simplicity (not super luxurious and more like a nature camp. I had a room with a shared bathroom which is outside and you have a beautiful view to the lake) and reaching the rooms requires a walk of 5-10 minutes (during my stay in rainy season the way was partly flooded).

Such a beautiful location, super quiet and peaceful. Free Breakfast was really good. Lots of cute puppies around to play with! Bed comfortable with warm bedding as it was cold at night when we stayed. Staff were really helpful, kind and accommodating.

The rooms don’t exactly look like the photos, it’s a bit run down and some things need fixing. We expected this based off reading other reviews so it didn’t matter too much but it would be much better if they did some updating and fixed the things that are starting to get a bit old.

Everything, the location is completely stunning. Between mountains, ponds, river and caves. You feel like in the middle of the jungle but with all the amenities you need for a comfortable time. The rooms are provided with canopy bed mosquitoes net and fan. The owner, his family and the stuff are great people. Chou, the owner became to be a friend of mine now, he brought me to a boat tour in a none touristic cave, so much cheaper than the rest of the tours and he came with me, like you have a Vietnamese guide for free, plush helped me with many other things. Everyone there is really helpful, the food is amazing, the will invite you to join them if they have party dinner, that’s a real Vietnamese experience.

Location is excellent. Easy to get to the main Tam Coc attractions...I walked to Mua Cave. The site feels like you've really stepped away from all the noise and commotion. Really quirky unique accommodation. The staff are really friendly and utterly helpful. Food was great too.

I couldn't help feeling that the place was a little unloved. A bit dated. With a bit of focus, the place would be amazing. It's just a little bit run down. .. I'm being a bit harsh I suppose... it is still a really special place. I went in summer so the guest numbers weren't very high at the time. Difficult to comment on the atmosphere.

The location is awesome, you’re sleeping in homemade bungalow surrounded by cliffs. The nature is present everywhere, lots of trees plants and water (like a mini Ninh Binh). PhoL, the manager of the home stay and the owner family are very friendly. I had the chance to share the local dinner with them, and had a lot of fun (I can cheers to anyone in Vietnamese now! Be aware of the happy water, makes very happy) Finally PhoL gives good advice for things to see. You can rent scooters if you want of bike near the homestay.

There is a lot of mosquitos the night, but it’s normal in a region with a lot of water like this.
